Positive: Professionalism, QualityWalked in the Royal Spa just off Silverdale Way. I was immediately met by 3 friendly ladies. They could not have been friendlier.I was led to a room and asked, “How long?” in passible English. I said, “One hour” and was asked for $60, which I handed over.The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. I was asked to get undressed and lie face down. Upon returning, she asked soft or hard. I chose hard.What happened next was a great massage. She took her time. On my back she could feel the knots and pushed through them. Not always the most comfortable but when she was done, I felt great.My legs tend to cramp and somehow, she knew this. Walked in the Royal Spa just off Silverdale Way. I was immediately met by 3 friendly ladies. They could not have been friendlier.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI called ahead to ask about services and prices. I was told that they took checks or credit card. $60 for 60 mins. Cool! Quite reasonable. The spa was dark, dank, dismal, and smelt very musty, like wet carpet after a flood. I was greeted by two women. All of a sudden, another, much older woman jumped up from behind the counter and shouted, “GIVE ME MONEY! GIVE ME MONEY NOW!” I had not seen the massage room nor was I told who was giving the massage. They then demanded I pay first by cash or debit card. I said I would pay by check or credit card after the massage as discussed over the phone. The older, very scary woman kept shouting and demanding money. Then the three women started arguing amongst themselves. They then again demanded I pay cash or give them my debit card. I was very worried at that point. The thought of being in a vulnerable position on a massage table at that place made me quite afraid for my safety. After they stopped arguing, I was abruptly asked to leave. I did so as quickly as my legs could carry me. I think maybe the IRS and health department need to take a closer look at this business.I called ahead to ask about services and prices. The spa was dark, dank, dismal, and smelt very musty, like wet carpet after a flood. I was greeted by two women.
