First time going to this location and I must say I am impressed! Sue did my dip manicure with ombre for an upcoming wedding I am in. She did an excellent job selecting the colors and suggesting a shape that would look good with the ombre. The woman doing my pedicure was very attentive and detail oriented. I called ahead and booked an appointment and both services were complete in an hour! Unfortunately I do not live in the area but if I did this would be my go to spot! Thank you so much!!

Went in for a “soothing” pedicure and the lady who did mine clearly didn’t care to be doing it. She kept getting up, only put callous remover on one foot, and didn’t even scrub my big toes. I paid for the up charge massage which was just her rubbing my legs with zero technique at a 0 pressure. I asked for harder and she went to a 2 for a minute then back down to 0. I don’t think she ever rubbed my feet at all. I agreed to flowers but then she put a glob of silver glitter in the center of them and it looks so messy now….

Talk about over priced, for my 6 year old mani as seen below $45 is what they charged. Worst part according to my daughter she did not request the designs. She agreed to like it. Once I saw the poor job I told her I didn’t like it but it was “too late” according to the employee since she had put her nails in the light. If you zoom in they did not do a good job. One of the decals was lifted after asking her to fix it she became upset. I used to love coming here, until today.

Bad service, they try and cheat you and trick you into spending more money in every which way possible even after you’ve repeatedly told them what you want. They rush through your service to the point where you wonder what you’re even paying for. The lady did my pedicure in about 10 minutes from complete start to finish, all the while she tried to trick me into spending more money about 10 times.

Terrible work. She was extremely rough with my hands and made 3 of my cuticles bleed badly because of how far back she pushed them. Causing one cuticle to bleed because you don’t know how fragile/brittle my skin is – I understand, but consistently doing for every other finger is unacceptable. My fingers burned when under the UV and for the next 4 days every times my hand touched warm water or anytime I was cooking. I asked for chrome and then she dropped the the chrome powder and started picking it up from the floor and putting it on my nails. Super unprofessional.
