I walked in with my coworkers around 9:15 on a Tuesday morning and were immediately greeted by staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. There’s a lot of stations for both manicures and pedicures for the busier days. I got a gel manicure and there were dozens of color options! My nail tech was Tiffani and she was great. She was really gentle with my nails and gave me an amazing arm massage. Next time I’ll definitely get a pedicure too.

Meh…. With so many nail salons in Richmond, this was not worth the trip. Mani&pedi just ok. I made an appointment, and was then placed in a chair to wait 20 minutes, and met with a technician with a very poor attitude. That was, after being pawned off twice before they could decide who felt like doing the mani pedi. From a 1 to 10, I would give the actual service a 5, and the client service a 1. I even tried making conversation with the nail technician, and she couldn’t be bothered. She just rushed through the service as if she had somewhere better to be. Definitely not worth the money or the time! I will not be returning.

Pedi was okay. Felt insulted after the 3rd time of her asking to shape my eye brows… manicure was pretty bad. Mine were bulbous and bulky, where as my mom’s where thin and looked like natural nails so I guess it’s a hit or miss with the techs. My nails also peeled the first day and almost all nails peeled the first week of having them. I’m guessing the layer below wasn’t dried enough as everytime one peel it was gushing with the color.

Critical: QualityI usually have a good experience. This time I think my technician was rushing towards the end of my visit. She did not put a top coat on my gel manicure. Just 3 days later my nails have turned purple, there are bubbles under the polish and the polish is peeling up. It’s certainly not cheap so I expected much better.Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure

Been coming to this nail salon for ab 20 years when it was just Tom & his wife-Helen & maybe 1 or 2 other nail artists!! Now it’s grown from a lil space to buying up the other shops next to their shop & knocking down the walls… Now it has like 20 nail artists minimum @all time.

Love this place! The staff was so pleasant and the place was clean and beautiful. I got a Gel Manicure and a Milk and Honey Pedicure. The scrub on my legs was a bit too intense for my sensitive skin, but that’s not their fault. I’ll skip the scrub next time and enjoy everything else. I sipped Cabernet, enjoyed the massage chair, read a book, and left with the best nails and feeling totally relaxed!

Favorite nail salon! My mom and I are regulars for Mimi and Annie. They do a great job! Can get quite busy on weekends, but there is a lot of space thankfully. The owner is so nice and welcoming! Great experience so far.
