I have been to Pinky several times and they do a consistently good job, are super friendly, and the no chip manis last over two weeks. My only complaint is that they are rough with the nail file and cuticle tool and usually end up filing my skin and leaving painful cuts.

People make sure that bring cash for a tip and hand it to the employee directly who worked on your nails or say loud how much you are tipping. Because employees doesn’t get the full tip from the owner.#theysteals !! So please be aware! Thank you

This is the only nail salon I go to. I’ve been going here regularly for years and finally decided it was time to write a review! I got to Yuna every two weeks, religiously. She does a fabulous job on my no-chip manicures. I’ve never had a bad job done, no matter who does it. I used to live in the neighborhood, but now I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done, that’s how much I love it.

Always extremely happy with my services here. The “regular” pedicure is better than most “spa” pedicures in the neighborhood. I do gel/no chip and my nails are always immaculate. It’s beneficial to make an appointment but they always seem to have availability a couple days out.

I really like this nail salon. They are all very friendly and accommodating. Prices are super reasonable for the city. I do recommend having a reservation. I’ve loved my regular manicures and pedicures, and they last! I also have done a few no-chip manis and they do a great job with those too. Everyone paints all the way to the edges of my nails and takes their time. The neck/shoulder massage is always a nice welcome too.

Fastest and best manicure I’ve ever received. I was in and out in 20 minutes and my nails look fabulous two weeks later. Very clean and professional. I would highly recommend!

When I go in for a pedi, I want to feel great. I had blood drawn 3 times today. Was it my fault for coming in at 7:30 when they close at 8? I have been here many times over the 11 years I have lived here. Really loved this place. Tonight just really sucked. My toes shouldn’t hurt after a pedi! The manager was really great, she finished me up. She did charge me full price, which i thought was bogus! You clearly do not have management experience. But I paid & tipped 50% of my bill because I am not a jerk. I have brought friends here for years. And recommended Pinky Nails. I can not do that any more. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! For the price you pay, it is SO not worth it!

Wonderful! Relaxing, beautiful job, and as my toes were drying received a mini shoulder massage. Will definitely come back again!

I have been to Pinky Nail Studio on Southport three times and each time I am left wondering what possessed me to go back! The last time I went (which will be the LAST time) I paid $45 +tip for a no-chip French manicure. Later that same evening, I noticed the edge of the polish on my thumb nail was already loose and uneven. Two days later, the polish on both my right thumb and left pointer finger had completely peeled off. Normally a no-chip manicure will last for two weeks, not two days! My experiences the other times were similar. In short, the place is over-priced and the quality is poor. I won’t be going back.
