Great service!!!! I walked in for a pedicure and was greeted by Tracy. She guided me to pick out a color. Afterwards I was immediately seated and Tracy gently took care of my toes. She didn’t give me a leg massage. I’m unsure if that’s included in the classic service or not. But anyways, I’m satisfied.

It was alright my nails are good but if you look closely my cuticles look a little messy. I also got a pedicure and it turned out fine the lady who did wad gentle. Linda is very good nail technician but really needs to work on being a little more gentle on the cuticles, but otherwise good.

I came in around 5 pm on a Tuesday. My pedicure was fine but my manicure was rushed and poorly done. I asked for SNS dip powder and she used a brush instead of dipping. Also didn’t shape my nails before applying the sns and rushed the shape after applying too. I would not recommend a manicure here at all! FYI: it was not busy when I walked in.

The whole staff was late opening the shop 20 minutes. My nails and feet were rushed and look messy close up. Very disappointing. Tracy needs to train her staff and she got mad and didn’t want to fix what they messed up so I paid in full and left. I should’ve received a discount because the work was terrible. The guy who did my manicure tried to put lotion in my hands right after he filed my nails.Attempting to rub whatever residue from the nail filing into my skin. He also kept snatching my hands. They lady who did my pedicure cut my nails down extremely low and lied and said I came in that way. She barely scrubbed my feet and they were not as smooth as they could have been.Terrible service. Never going back. Ever.

So this place was recommended to me by a coworker and I gave it a try. The first time the price given was different then what my coworker told me she pays (&& no, they do not have their prices listed). So I’m like okay whatever im here and they did a decent job that I went back a second time (which will also be my last) I literally got the same thing (sns&pedi) but was told my price was damn near $100& when I asked for what for she said bc I had to take the previous sns off when asked why didn’t she tell me it would be damn near $20 to take off she said she didn’t have to tell me

Great services. I had a full set with gel polish done on my hands, eyebrows waxed and the Volcano Spa Pedicure with gel polish. All were beautifully done. I recommend the Volcano Spa Pedicure. My feet and legs look and feel amazing.Relaxing atmosphere.
