Amazing customer service. The owner was so friendly and outgoing he made my boyfriend and I feel so comfortable and at home. During the massage the masseuse made sure to ask if everything was going well throughout the service. It was a fantastic experience I would definitely recommend and I will absolutely be returning on a monthly basis!

Positive: QualityMy massage was fantastic. My hot stone treatment was excellent; the first time I’ve actually felt the effects. Other massages I’ve had I sometimes wondered if hot stones were used at all. Here at Bliss I definitely knew. John did my massage and I recommend him. He asks if the pressure is ok every so often. The reflexology was good as well. John is quiet and calming. I cannot say the same for the man who did my family member’s massage. Boy was he chatty! I think he is also the owner/manager? He would once in awhile get up and answer the phone. Thankfully another massage therapist came in and paid full attention. However she was a bit chatty, too but not as much as the man. The atmosphere inside the room is ok, soothing music is played. The room we were in did not have a ceiling. You can hear the front door open and people coming in and the phones, and the small talk. Too much cacophony for a massage parlor. Speaking of which don’t expect the interior to be on par with the chain massage places. Far from it. In fact, do not use the bathroom. My massage was fantastic. My hot stone treatment was excellent; the first time I’ve actually felt the effects. Other massages I’ve had I sometimes wondered if hot stones were used at all. Here at Bliss I definitely knew. John did my massage and I recommend him. He asks if the pressure is ok every so often. The reflexology was good as well. John is quiet and calming. On the phone the gentleman repeatedly told me to cancel my voucher and upgrade with them. We said we weren’t interested and we would stick with what we chose. Then in text messages asked again and again. Once we got there he was extremely pushy and not in a good sales person way. After we declined twice continuously kept pushing.C) A female did my boyfriends, his review is she didn’t really do much and no wow factor after.
