First off I have to say I can’t believe I saw 1 star when coming to write a review. This studio is 5 stars all the way! I have been coming here for many years and have always been satisfied with the way my hair turns out each and every time. Prices are fair to each service I get, I have never had any complaints or issues with any service. I continually get compliments on my hair daily I would highly recommend roots hair studio to all my friends and family. If you haven’t already go book with Natalie she is the best in town very humble down to earth and will explain to you exactly what she will Do and you will get exactly What you ask of her.

My experience with owner Natalie @Roots Hair Studio have been phenomenal and by far the BEST hairstylist. Her knowledge with color blending my hair extensions are beyond what I was looking for. For the first time, I was devastated having run into a disturbing situation at Roots Hair Studio. I came in for a consult for hair services. I was verbally quoted a price which I had agreed to pay. Next, stylist required an up-front, partial payment which she said will secure the products needed for the job. And then, the balance would be due upon completion. I said okay. So, upon her charging my credit card, I asked for my receipt which I routinely do. She gave an excuse about the system not working or wasn’t set up properly. And therefore could not supply me a copy. I left the salon perlexed, feeling uneasy as I’d never encountered this before. And since I never had problems with her previously, I went on about my day. A week or so later, I came in for the service. Upon completion, I was satisfied with the work she performed and again, my credit card was charged- but this time to pay the balance in full.
