Established in 2010, Renew Massage Studio is a female LMT, locally owned business that was started with a passion to provide high quality, therapeutic bodywork to the local community. All of our therapists are highly trained and experienced so you will get the highest quality massage and be taken care of from the moment you walk into our second and new location in Applewood/ Golden CO. We have four beautiful and unique treatment rooms that have been decorated with artwork from around Colorado and are designed with your comfort in mind. We we are also an eco friendly studio, using the best organic products and green business practices.

Absolutely fabulous vibe! I love their new second location. Very friendly staff, very clean and kept offices. The massage was an hour long. He went over what my problem areas were. The Applewood studio is beautiful and parking is easy. The team bios were helpful to select an LMT for my first visit and I highly recommend Steve. His professionalism, kindness, and calming demeanor helped me relax and his techniques were very effective. He listened and tailored his work to my specific tensions. I came in overdue for self-care from rowing and working, but I left feeling so amazing that I want to incorporate more massage into my recovery and wellness routine.
