I highly recommend lotus nail lounge! Comfortable, clean & chill atmosphere & I am always extremely happy with the outcome of my nails after every appointment!! Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but you have to take into consideration how busy they are and also sometimes they are short staffed & in my opinion the wait is WELL WORTH IT!! All the girls are amazing & basically can make the vision you have for your nails a reality! I won’t go anywhere else ! ❤️

Then the one of the customers told the lady who just finished a client to not take me and go eat. I made an appointment and waited for about an hour with no problem bc I could tell they were all busy (should not have scheduled me). Then the one of the customers told the lady who just finished a client to not take me and go eat. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot a full set of with gel polish on a Wednesday night. Took two hours for them to complete them. Two days later all my nails are lifting. A couple nails came completely off and on others the gel polish was literally chipping off. Not to mention the nail tech that was doing my nails was texting right in front of me. Would do one nail and text before doing another. While waiting patiently for my nails to be finished another nail tech who was with another client got up and walked out, came back with Dunkin’ Donuts five minutes later. Let me start by saying you need PATIENCE to get your nails done here. I recently moved in the area and gave this place FOUR chances. Yea. Four. And every ..single .. time waited over a hour to get in the chair. Making my overall experience there atleast 3 hours of my time from in and out the door for ONE SERVICE every single time. I understand places get backed up and I’m a very patient person.. in fact I used to work at a nail salon myself and know how it can be. But to completely over book every single day to the point your clients wait this long is ridiculous. To me it looks like they care more about squeezing in the money rather than the quality of their service. Don’t get me wrong they do a decent job but I expected more hustle for a place that runs over a hour behind for each client. I asked for a dip manicure and the color I picked wasnt even the same color as advertised on the stick… which made my nails out of dress code for work. after I was there for 3 hours and people waiting their turn I wasn’t going to make her redo them even after trying to paint them over with a lighter gel color. She knew I was upset. So I asked to go in the next day to get them fixed and was told to come in at 4. I go in the next day and OF COURSE A HOUR BEHIND. Fine … expected.. but someone who sat down after me (after I was waiting 45 mins) actually got in the chair before me because I was told she had an appointment…. I guess because I needed something fixed over their mistake and was told to come in at a certain time doesn’t count as an appointment. I was then told it would be $20 to fix …. I left and my blood is boiling. I never write reviews but this needed to be said. This is 100% accurate no matter what their reply will probably be. I also referred my cousins here and embarrassingly enough they experienced the same issue with the time. Looks like other reviewers have as well. Stinks because this place has potential :/

I arrived for a mani/pedi at 5:20p for a 530p appointment. I was finally seated in a pedi chair and my feet were in the water for 20 minutes when I was told they’d be with me after they did a set of nails. My feet were still in water for another 20 minutes and I’m counting. I’ve never been to nail salon and went through this and if we weren’t in this pandemic I would leave and go somewhere else. I am absolutely miserable here. NEVER AGAIN!

Very unprofessional. Even if you make an appointment you still have to wait 2 hours. I get it’s busy but atleast they should give you a heads up. People have lives to attend and not sit there and wait for hours. The only positive thing about this nails salon is they do a good job but they need work on their customer service. Some of the nail tech’s come off rude and they do want they want and not what you asked for at times. My nails end up breaking the next day or 2 because the nail tech refuses to make the nails a little thick because she claims she doesn’t like thick nails. That’s great and all but I did not asked for thin nails. There’s definitely favoritism among the customers. If they’re fond of you, they will take their time and do a good job on your nails but if they dont really like you. They will rush and make faces at you. So with that being said I’m so done with this salon. I will not return. I’ve been there 5 times. My nails broke 4 time out of the 5. I remember driving literally 45 minutes to get one of my broken nails fixed but when I got there it was closed. It was only six o’clock. I’m all set with this spot.

I think people are use to nail salons getting you in & out, but the quality is what lacks when this happenes. I knownits hard to understand but these ladies are really talented and busy, but they never ever disappoint! My nails last about 3 weeks & pedicures too. There may be a wait but its well worth it in the end! Shout out to you ladies Thanks for always going above & beyond!
