Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityShe very rough on my natural nails. When she was filing the acrylic she was filing so rough and hard, I thought the nail was going to pop off. She seem to be preoccupied watching and listening to something on her phone. She rushed through the whole thing Within 30 minutes. She didn’t look happy with what she was doing. I don’t think she wanted to be there! My nails are too thin and narrow. I don’t even know the girls name that did my nails today because she didn’t even introduce herself. She very rough on my natural nails. When she was filing the acrylic she was filing so rough and hard, I thought the nail was going to pop off. She seem to be preoccupied watching and listening to something on her phone. She rushed through the whole thing Within 30 minutes. She didn’t look happy with what she was doing. I don’t think she wanted to be there! My nails are too thin and narrow. I don’t even know the girls name that did my nails today because she didn’t even introduce herself. Their first photo is what I showed her what I wanted and the second photo is what I got!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible Horrible Horrible visit!!! When I first walked in I saw people that I knew and they were already complaining!!! One girl was fussing about the price being different and she didn’t let them finish and the other was complaining also about the price being different and that her nails were ugly. Me hoping that my experience would be different I stayed unfortunately it wasn’t. I used the girl who sat in Kenny’s spot. She was rushing and very impatient. I ask her kindly to correct different things and she somewhat had an attitude. After she gave me my total of $60 I told her I pay the same price every time I come. She laughed and didn’t say anything. Cherry came over and I asked her why did my price change and that for my last 3 visits I’ve paid differently for the same service? To my surprise she was rude and said u ask that every time u come in here!!! I told her she must have me mixed up with some one else because I’ve never disputed my price with her because I requested her and I always left large tips. I took my mask off so she could see my face and asked her do she know who I am and I told her she owed me an apology. She knew she was wrong but refused to apologize and just walked off mumbling being rude!!! She was very rude and unprofessional that others in there I knew was mad also. She Normally does my nails but my last 3 visits I let the owner and Kenny do my nails. I requested Kenny the last time I was there and I noticed she wasn’t friendly that day. I think she got mad because I started using him. It wasn’t that her work wasn’t good, its was that it was a long wait to use her. But anyways as u can see my nails wasn’t worth $60!! Look at these pics. I literally just walked out and I’m sitting in the parking lot now doing a review. Horrible!!! I got a fill in and 2 designs ive been coming here spending $100 or more monthly for over 10 yrs. Critical: Professionalism, ValueI visited with a friend to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. She was getting a fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was great but the nail tech was very rude and unprofessional to me when I told her that the color she was fixing to put on my nails was not the color I had picked out. she told me that it was and it was cat eye. It was not the color I had picked out. I showed her the color i had chosen and she then seemed to get frustrated with me after she realized that it was indeed not the color i showed her. She had to redo the color and didn’t even bother to remove the color that she had already put on. She just painted over it. She was very short and rude to me. Did not even speak hardly two words to me other than to argue that the color she was putting on was the color i had picked out. My friends tech kept burning her with the dremel while cleaning her nails up. She now has multiple red bleeding spots on her fingers around her nails. The prices were not posted accurately anywhere in the store. The prices on their sign were totally different from the papers they had randomly around the store. Pretty much any color other than a regular basic polish was $5 more which is fine but they also charged $5 more for anything other than a plain squared nail. Plus $5 more to remove color for the pedicure. Total I spent $170 for 2 pedicures that on their sign said $27 and a full set that their sign says $40 (for the gel manicure) and a fill in that their sign says $25 for. The math does not add up. I visited with a friend to get a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. She was getting a fill in and a pedicure. The pedicure was great but the nail tech was very rude and unprofessional to me when I told her that the color she was fixing to put on my nails was not the color I had picked out. she told me that it was and it was cat eye. I will not be coming back although I love Kenny, but I will recommend services elsewhere since this is not the first time I’ve had to deal with Cherry and her rudeness, also another girl who usually works at luxury nails. I was rushed through the painting process and it just didn’t look professional when finished. I even left a $10 tip for the manicurist bc I’m so used to them doing such a great job that I didn’t notice the polish mistakes until after I had gotten home. Overall though, if I were to include a few other salons, I’d have to say I really prefer the Regal Nails Salon in the Norman Dr. Walmart. Only once when they were extremely busy and short staffed, was I unsatisfied with the job done. I was rushed through the painting process and it just didn’t look professional when finished. I even left a $10 tip for the manicurist bc I’m so used to them doing such a great job that I didn’t notice the polish mistakes until after I had gotten home. Overall though, if I were to include a few other salons, I’d have to say I really prefer the Regal Nails Salon in the Norman Dr. Walmart. I have to give at least 4 1/4 stars ⭐️
