I went 1st time. I asked for dipping nail. She did good job but I see lots of space on Nail between color and skin. Specially on thumbnail and middle finger. I told her but she just put one coat for purple and she done. They charge you for full service but they don’t give you. I think you guys need to listen to customer and work on more detailing as well !!

HORRIBLE!!! Just LOOK at my toes!!! This is how he sent me to the dryer and said, “ok bye bye, have good day!” THEN, when I asked if he could clean up the white polish, he puts CLEAR POLISH ON the white polish that was on my skin to wipe the white polish off!!! WHAT?!!!!! Omg I wanted to cry in the car. I bolted out of the shop from embarrassment and because I’m non-confrontational and knew I’d express myself here. It was a young guy with glasses. If he’s training he need not be practicing on real people yet. I feel like a clown. Going home to fix.

A 2 days after my gel manicure my skin around the nail began to peel. He never pushed the cuticle back much and only cut the top skin thus the peeling of the skin around my nails. I have photos. He also told me to put my shoes on and the big toe polish got smeared. I returned to have the big toe fixed which they did for free but they never told me to put my toe under the dryer and again the big toe polish got smudged when I walked to the car. I paid $80 plus tip for gel nails and regular toe manicure and am very unhappy with what I got. I don’t recommend them. It is a lovely establishment but the technician was mot that good. Best no chip mani I have found in Maryland so far! I went here with my bridesmaids for my wedding and my manicure lasted almost three weeks through our honeymoon – beaches, boating, hiking, luggage etc. Spa felt very clean and relaxing, would definitely go back.

Had an amazing pedicure with Mimi! This place is by far the most expensive I’ve been to and I wondered why until I got my service. I had been super stressed and decided to get a deluxe pedicure so I could relax and take more time to do so. Glad I did. The massage was ahhhhhmazing! She located my stressor points in my foot and literally I felt exhausting leaving my body. The paraffin dip was glorious. Everything was meticulous and intentional and gentle. I cannot wait to get more services. Also the salon is lovely!

I went to this nail salon because of all of the 5 star reviews. I’m not sure why all the stars my experience was quite different. First, my pedicure chair was broken and wouldn’t raise to the sitting position. Instead of moving me to another chair I was given a pillow, from who knows where, to put behind my back. The manicurist pinched me with the clippers not once but twice! All the reviews said the salon was clean. I didn’t find this to be true. There was a lot of bottles of cleaning solution sitting around but i didn’t see anyone using them. I will not be returning to this salon.
