I recently moved into the area and I wanted to give it a try despite bad reviews. I came in 2 hours before closing time. The lady just rushes my pedicure and hardly touches my feet. Not to mention the place is dirty, I should have walk out the moment she didn’t place a blue bag. I walk out of there hoping and praying not to get fungus!

The worst customer service ever. From the owner on down to the employees. I told the nail tech who was doing my pedicure that I wanted an overlay. Little did I know she didn’t know how to do it. He over charged me for my nails and then started pulling on my 3 year old daughter arm trying to get her to stay with him after I paid the regular $30 that I always pay for my nails. All of my 4 starts go to Anna, my 3 year old daughter and me went to get regular mani and pedi, she did an exceptional job with her very friendly and patient and she did a wonderful job with my toes as well, I left happy. However the other lady that did my hands did a terrible job the shape is different in each nail and did not cut my cuticles I tried to tell her and she got an attitude. I don’t want to say her name but it made me upset at least the color I picked was pretty. If I ever go back I will ask for Anna to do both.

So prices are on the wall right, so her tech said her total was 30 I’m like it said 28 on wall n she didn’t get no real pedi she just got simple as can be which it should’ve been $10. Her tech didn’t clean up around her finished work.My tech didn’t know what she was doing I didn’t get proper procedure for a pedicure. No cuticle lotion or oil, I had to tell her to use the callus and the purple scrub bar, like really how long have you been licenses to do this?? I have been here couple times before but it had been year’s I see why I stopped coming here.
