Queen nails is always busy and it’s very hard to get an appointment for the time you want. However, their service and the job they do is great and professional, Also, their price is reasonable. I think it’s worth the wait. I will go back again.

This was my 1st time going here as it was recommended by a friend and I wish I went to my regular place. The staff is friendly. The place is neat and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service was less than expected. I have been getting my nails done with acrylic for 2 decades and never, ever have I had a full nail come off less than 2 weeks after getting them applied. When the nail tech started my nails everything was fine, she prepped etc. When it came time to apply the acrylic, I noticed she didn’t use dehydrator (which was ok cause not everyone does) but she also did not use primer before applying the acrylic. Within days the acrylic on my middle finger started lifting. A week after being applied and it has fully come off. And it looks more like a press on nail than a nail with acrylic. I don’t know if maybe this tech had an off day or the acrylic was old, but considering all my nails are in various stages of lifting less than 2 weeks after applying a full set, I won’t be back. Hopefully, if you choose to go, you will have a better experience.

Since moving to the area, this is the nail salon that my daughter and I frequent. Anna is my tech and Randy takes care of my daughter. Their services are always professional and timely. I never feel rushed. We generally try to make an appt as the wait can be a bit long without one. However I attribute that to the time and detail they take in providing quality service. Looking for a great experience give them a try!

My nails look great, the place was clean, the employees were all very nice, and I paid a fair price. Will definitely be returning.Bonus points: my big toe nail recently fell off and after leaving here you would never know! (she used acrylic to repair)

Today just confirmed my suspicious thought. I don’t care what service you ask for you will be sure to be paying for a manicure and pedicure. I only got color gel change on my nails and toes and don’t even let me tell you about the messed up brows and still paid the regular price. I would not recommend this salon Manicure

We had a great experience. We were treated kindly and the service was excellent! I enjoyed my time there. After a long day, a Quite space is a good thing. The plastic lining inside the foot tub is an extra plus. The technician was efficient.

I used to be a regular, but I stopped going for numerous reasons. My nail tech always seemed to be in a hurry. Also if I had an appointment at say 5pm then why the heck would you take a darn walk in like 15mins prior knowing you won’t be done by the time my appt comes. Then I have to wait like 30 mins or more. That’s unacceptable and was happening ALOT. Like stop being greedy and what’s the point of making appts if I still got to wait a really long time each time. One time I waited so long and I had an appt that I asked someone else to do my nails and toes. Also it seems like they changed the polish because my gel polish used to last 2-3 weeks and was now chipping the first week. Oh my nail tech was Amy, but she changed her name. She was nice, but I got tired of waiting long periods when I had appts because she kept taking walk ins and I noticed other nail techs didn’t treat their loyal customers this way. Also sometimes she can be rough and like I said before I always felt rushed

Critical: Professionalism, ValueFirst & last time there! I was asked what service I wanted. I stated pedicure & was advised to choose a color. I sat and waited for about 15 minutes. I saw other technicians sitting & organizing items in the salon. I finally asked a technician how long was the wait. She proceeded to come back with white nail polish. I repeated myself and ask what the wait time was for a pedicure. She left and did not answer the question. Another technician asked me what I needed help with I asked the wait time for a pedicure he proceeded to answer the phone as it rang & did not answer. Finally when he was off the phone he told me about a 30 minute wait. I stated that I would come back tomorrow & he asked did I want to book an appointment I said sure anytime in the morning, he offered me a 4pm appointment. I eventually got irritated and left.
