I’m new to the area and I was in search for a hairdresser. I’ve had terrible experiences in the past with haircuts. Therefore, I was anxious about settling to one hair salon or even to get my haircut. I haven’t been to an actually hair salon for nearly 4 years since my last experience. I searched and searched for hair salons with their reviews. I am pleased very grateful to have found Queen’s hair salon. I came in for the first time about three weeks ago and my hairdresser was Rachel. She was kind and welcoming to me. She guided me through the process. She listened to what I wanted like how many inches to cut and the style of haircut etc. she took her time looking at the model photos I brought. Throughout the process she communicated what she was doing step by step. She’d ask questions about my preferences. I appreciated the attention to detail and could see how much care she puts into her work. Truly, I left satisfied with my new haircut and I’m grateful I gave Rachel a chance definitely recommend her, I will be returning again 🙂
