Critical: ValuePosting for my husband:Had an unpleasant experience at this location, looks like customer satisfaction costs extra.I got the same stylist as last time who had said she’d made notes of the clipper settings so we could refer to it next time. Well she hadn’t! She said she couldn’t retrieve the notes anymore and blamed the computer.Next she mentioned that a hair wash would help my hair stand better after the cut but I’ve to pay extra for it. So I’ve to pay extra for my haircut to look good after it’s done?Lastly she asked me if I was happy with the length of the sides and I said “We could go a little shorter” to which she replied – That’s going to cost extra because it’s extra work to go to a lower setting and shorten further. I asked for a specific type of haircut and this person name hydee or whatever the name is did not follow a single thing I told her, she also made my hair super short and she seemed very clueless of what she was doing. On top of that she said I’ll wash your hair first so it’ll be easier for me to cut and I thought that is only because of her preference. I didn’t want to pay extra for it or anything. But she charged me extra for it and I didn’t even ask for it. If it’s not easy for you to cut it then don’t or don’t say you know what you are doing. Awful experience. I asked for a specific type of haircut and this person name hydee or whatever the name is did not follow a single thing I told her, she also made my hair super short and she seemed very clueless of what she was doing.
