Pedicure was great. But count your change before you leave the store, they took 20 extra dollars from me today since I didn’t fully recount at the counter and just glanced at it trusted her to give me the correct change.

It took them 4hrs to do mani pedi from the time I got there til I was washing my hands. When I went in they said it would be 10mins until they get me which was fine. I wait about 30mins which was also okay. I got seated for my pedicure the lady put just enough water on my feet so they can barely touch and said hold on but that was fine what was not is the water was cold! Thinking she was coming right back but it took an hour and a half for her to get back to me. Mind you my feet was still in the cold water. After getting my pedicure done they moved on to my nails, the man didn’t know what he was doing so someone else had to do my nails. I let them know I wanted ombre nails but proceeded to do a solid color now I even showed them a picture of the nails I want it. After letting her know that I wanted ombre nails she removed the nail that she was working on roughly as proceeded. She had to keep getting up helping other nail technicians with their work which extended my time to 4 hours. After washing my nails and opening the door to their salon one of my jewels fell off my fingers at this point I was there long enough and went to another nail salon and they put my Jewel on my finger in less than 5 minutes.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI will never ever be back! When I sat down there were TWO difference cut fingernails on the towel from previous customers. She NEVER cleaned the station, changes the towel, or threw the old nails away. Gross. Secondly there were TERRIBLE! Not all the way to my mail bed, severely crooked, etc. ANNDDDD she was rude (the lady right by the register). Never again! Don’t wast your $ of timeI will never ever be back! **EDIT: FROM 4 STARS TO 1. If I could give it a zero, I would. Upon going here again, I felt so rushed. The lady did my nails so fast she actually made me bleed. I left unhappy, came back to admit they were awful – the same lady redid them. For some reason she thought it was okay to soak my bleeding nails in acetone. Again she was rough and fast. The nails still looked bad but, at this point I just left. I hate to blame one company on one lady but she was terrible. ** End Edit.

When I went in there the first woman that started on my nails kept trying to get me & my mom to get pedicures or any other service. Then she was super ruff with my nails. She cut me, then thinking she would notice & clean it; she didn’t. I had to tell her to clean it. Now I’m worried about getting an infection because none of their stuff was clean. AT ALL. My nails are different sizes in the length & they’re also crooked. The second woman that painted my nails was really nice but also did a horrible job. My color is all over the place, some parts of my nail doesn’t even have paint on it. Then my top coat isn’t completely covering my color. Then when I went to check out she didn’t even get up to take my money. I had to bring it to her.. Just a horrible place ..

Terrible terrible, the lady on the end nearest to the door did a horrible job on my nails, they were falling apart after one day of just normal day to day doings.. the clear paint that provides the shine to your nails was peeling the second day and my nails are ready to pop off after just being 4 days of having them, although she is not the best person for nails the two men preferably the one with the longer hair is best at this salon. If you want your money’s worth I do not recommend the lady on the end nearest to the door.

I went here to get my nails done alreadly pretty reluctant because they charge more than any other place I’ve ever gone to. I got a fill on acrylic nails with shellac polish. Later, I noticed that there was a crack on the polish on my thumb and I had just gotten them done. I went back and showed them the problem and it was fixed without charge, but a day later the same crack returned. It worsened and the polish started to flake and peel. I have never expireneced this problem before. I would not recommend this place because they are too expensive and I had problems with their work. I am not a fan of this place at all.

They wernt the worst place ive gone. They got the stiletto shape I wanted down but the color I was expecting, a lilac color, turned into an ugly grey with made my hands look like bird talons. Also they had barley any customer service, very quick to ask questions and not nice. Didn’t even ask how I was or anything. Also I wanted a simple gem or rhinestone on my nail, which usually anywhere that does acrylics will carry those things. They didnt have anything. Once my nails were finished she told me to put my hands under the UV light then never came back. I probably sat there a good 20 mins before just getting up and leaving to pay when I saw her working on another customer. She forgot about me aka her first customer. They do a decent job but would I go there again? No.
