Went in for a Pedicure. The Pedicure service was average at best. The polishing job was HORRIBLE. The polish was too thick and was going on chunky. She eventually thinned out the polish but continued to paint over instead of removing and starting over for a smooth finish. The end result was that my big toes looked like they had 7 layers of polish and one of them had a huge streak on it. I asked one of the ladies if they could just redo those 2 toes and she laughed. Not a happy customer; definitely don’t recommend the technician I had. Maybe another would be better?

If I could give this nail shop a 0 I would! One of the nail techs here got upset with me because I let her know that she filed one of my hands shorter than the other. Once I pointed it out to her she start yanking and pulling on my hands trying to cut the nails off. I got up from the chair because I started to get upset. I asked to speak with the manager and everyone was just standing looking at me. I also got my daughter nails done and she didn’t even polish her whole finger nail. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Would not recommend

Everyone is greeted great the customer service was nice however a 10 year veteran nail tech attempted to do my natural nails she told me that my polish would not come off would not chip and would hold up to the beach water well I didn’t even get in the beach but yet my polish popped off not only did my polish pop off but they proceeded to put new acrylic over old acrylic and the old acrylic underneath the new acrylic begin to crack when the acrylic cracked it cracked my nail as well hoping that I go in there on tomorrow and they fix it without a problem so this is why I give this business three start because a 10 year veteran needs to be consistently producing fabulous nails the price does not reflect the nature of my nails I do have a picture. When looking at the picture please examine the entire picture not just my nails so that I can back up my evidence that says I was on vacation I am sitting on the beach literally in the sun looking at my nails and decided to snap photos being a photographer at heart.

This is our favorite place to get pedicure. My husband and I go once a month and have been going for years along with my mother-in-law. Everything is very clean, all nail techs do a fabulous job, and everyone who walks through the door is treated like a friend.

Critical: ProfessionalismI specifically asked for small white (no half and half), french pink and white acrylic. This older tech argued with me and did what she wanted. she embarrassed me in front of customers. she was rude and not up to date with what’s cool. good luck with the horrible customer service yuck. Horrible service! Nails came up after the 1st day getting them done. No good customer service at all and they just rush doing the job so they can get to the next customer which is white. Not trying to sound racist but I’ve watched it over and over in each nail shop. But this nail salon is the worst one!!!!!!

Most of my nails were shaped differently. Some was missing a noticeable amount of acrylic on the sides and polish. When I asked him to fix it he continued finishing my nails without correcting them and covering up errors with heavy amounts of polish which took a long time to dry. He didn’t file any of my nails on the sides before polishing them, which resulted in me having to pull my skin from the acrylic after they dried. One nail has a heavy odd about acrylic on it. Two fingers acrylic chip on of the top of the nail and he filed one down leaving the nail very high on one side and really low on the other. The other nail he covered with polish leaving a rough polish. I asked #9 to make the corrections that were needed and he replied, “the next time you come in request someone else, you are are too picky” and did not correct anything. I didn’t request him, I was just next in line, unfortunately. This was truly a piss poor job. #9 was rude and did an awful job. Management was pretty rude as well. I gave one star because I had to to leave this review.
