First time in this salon. The guy who did my nails was polite and apologetic but I didn’t receive anything but, “I’m sorry I cut you.” I could understand once but I’m cut 4 diff times from him filing. I told him I wanted gel polish on my nails and toes and he said it would be cheaper to use regular polish on my toes and there’s no difference because they are the same color. Clearly they aren’t the same color. The only reason I have 2 stars is because the women in there were very polite and sweet. If I decide to go back ever, I’ll request one of them.

This place has a tendency to cut peoples cuticles a lot . I wanted a fresh new set of gel tips and she takes them off in the most rough way possible. You are suppose to soak them off not rip off my nails . She makes a big hole in my nail and acts like the pain isn’t important. It’s not sanitary because she didn’t clean the blood off her instruments so imagine the next the person who nails she does. Overall they lost a client , I really liked the service but I’m tired of paying for bleeding cuticles and a horrible nail bed. They need to go get their license again or learn to take care of the customer better.

The absolute WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE that I have ever had. The manager Lee doesn’t know how to talk to customers. He is very rude and unprofessional. And I am very dissatisfied with the services I received today. And wouldn’t come back here if my life depended on it….. I did not get what I asked for AT ALL‼️‼️‼️ Customer service is definitely not their strong suit VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They even called the police on me. I didn’t threaten anybody. Didn’t say I wasn’t paying or any of the the sort. Smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND
