Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never been here before today. I admit I had quite the shock factor when they popped my old nails off vs. soaking them off. It didn’t hurt but it’s definitely the first experience like that I’ve had. They were so patient with me and flexible to my design. I had Kenny and he was just amazing. On top of that I paid $20 less than usual and they did removal, after a tip I paid $70. I got Ombré medium coffin nails with an accent finger. Over all I have found my new nail salon, the prices are justified by the beautiful designs and the customer service was great .I have never been here before today. I have never been here before today. I admit I had quite the shock factor when they popped my old nails off vs. soaking them off. It didn’t hurt but it’s definitely the first experience like that I’ve had. They were so patient with me and flexible to my design. I had Kenny and he was just amazing. Critical: Quality, ValueI spent $40 more than I usually do for the same services I always receive. This was my first time going here. After spending over $215 my nail was still cracked and not fixed which lead to it coming off less than 24 hours later. I asked the nail tech to please make sure it was fixed and I was assured it was. The service was good and the people are nice but they need to be more attentive to detail and work on their skills. My nails, which are gel acrylics, are also the thinnest they’ve ever been. I will not be returning to this place nor recommend them. I spent $40 more than I usually do for the same services I always receive. This was my first time going here.
