No wait to get appointment. Scheduled online. I got into my appointment early so I got out early which actually worked out well. Stylist was amazing. Esmeralda did my hair and did a fantastic job. There are so many options of what to get, it’s hard to decide lol. I will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately I’m a VERY and I mean VERY picky person when it comes to my hair! I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to come back to other salons to get it corrected because I’m never satisfied.But this salon has changed that! Specifically Julie! She treats your hair with really good care considering she has done this for 13+ years.. I’ve had multiple stylists in the past constantly rush, tug, pull, and even touch my hair with their hands smelling like straight cigarettes… (no offense to those who smoke but at least wash your hands or use perfume!)AND the atmosphere of the salon is classy and clean. I can’t begin to tell you about the prices. I’ve paid way more at salons that don’t even deserve 3 stars. Critical: Quality, ValueThe stylist had no idea how to cut curly hair. Then said she was going to dry it and finish cutting….. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI used Platinum Salon and Spa for my hair and make-up for my wedding and I do not have enough good things to say!I had originally booked another person, but it ended up being sketchy and they moved things around to get my whole wedding party fit in for the day of the wedding. They did my trial and actually let me repeat my make-up trial when someone working at the salon left.The day of the wedding was wonderful, they had the salon ready for us when we arrived and even got 9 of us hair and makeup done EARLY for my wedding. AND we all looked beautiful!
