I went to Perfect Nails for the first time today with a friend. This was my friend’s second time and we both had a great experience getting gel pedicures! The staff are all very kind and professional. You pay a couple of dollars for the nail file kit and then remember to bring it back when you come again. There are some things you can add for extra money, but you don’t have too. They have great prices and great quality! I wasn’t sure what to think based on reviews before going, but I’m so glad I went! I love how my nails turned out. Fantastic service and fantastic quality! 10/10.

I needed a old chipped gel polish removed and fresh polish applied. I’m due to give birth any day and the lady who does my nails took time off. So, I walked into perfect nails thinking I’d be making an appointment for another day but they got me in right then. I waited maybe 10 minutes which was fine because it gave me time to wash my hands and pick a color. I loved my experience there. Took about an hr which is fabulous for me as I’m a mom to almost 5. I’ll be back!

This place is HORRIBLE. Their sanitary practices are just NOT in place. Been dealing with nail fungus on my right pinky nail after getting acrylics from them. For over a year I have been battling it! They should be paying for my medications!!!! Im reporting them immediately to the Oregon Cosmetology board. Acrylic nails

Took my daughter and mother in law here 2 weeks ago. We went for a pedicure. My mother in law is diabetic. Not only did they not wash bowl or tools after they finished previous clients or after us, but they also cut my mother in laws toe then tried to nip her cuticles and tried to massage her legs which had sores on them. All of these are BIG no no’s for a diabetic. I would not recommend as they DO NOT practice any sanitation procedures here. They should be shut down.

I have been going to Perfect nails since the day I moved here. Always a smile and small talk. They have always done a great job. I will continue to go there and support them.

They are fast, friendly and I’ve never walked out of this nail salon unhappy.

Craziest experience ever. If it was possible to give less than one star, I would.

Critical: Quality, ValueThis has been my regular nail salon for some time now because they are the most convenient place to schedule with. However, this last time I went in for a gel manicure, I knew the quality was not faring out well as the manicurist had to keep making corrections per my request ( which I don’t like to interfer). The day I got my nails done, I had small chip in the color later that day. After just four days, many of my nails are chipped and the paint is lifting at the cuticle at many nails. I talked to some of my girlfriends and they suggested that the polish was probably replaced with a much cheaper product. Which makes sense because I pick the same color on a regular basis and this color is not the same. This is unfortunate because I do usually appreciate their ease of getting me in on short requested. Also their pricing seems a bit ambiguous and they get away with it. After Covid closures in 2020, they reopened and were required (?) to make every customer get a new bag of nail supplies. They were charging everyone different prices, and even misspoke (?) at one point and told some customers that they weren’t going to be charged. That day and this last time I didn’t tip, which they don’t like, as they watch you sign your receipt to see if you tipped and then they talk about you if you didn’t tip. They remember upon your return…Service: ManicureThis has been my regular nail salon for some time now because they are the most convenient place to schedule with. I paid ten bucks extra for callous removal…. I did hair and nails for years and never have I heard of having to pay extra to have a complete medicare but I did and it wasn’t complete still. I had to come home and file my own heels and buffet because I still had cracks worse actually showing than when I went in…. The paint job was just OK my cuticles have a bit of a build-up of color on them .. Which will show as soon as it starts to grow out but It will have to do…… Not super impressed the last few times I’ve been not not that I ever have but usually when I ask them to do more as they do and this time it was just kind of left anyways
