Wouldn’t recommend! Only giving one star because that’s the lowest rating possible. I literally just left borderline in tears. Went in for a pedicure and left with my feet looking worse than they did before I came into the salon. Even after expressing my concerns about the poor service I received I was still made to pay full price, and was offered some cuticle oil at checkout to help resolve the issue as if that was the problem! It literally looks as if my child did my toes! I Will not be going back!

Thus shop is always on point,.it’s never too busy or loud. It’s always clean and the staff are really nice . I’ve has my nails done by three different people and they always come out good. Not heavy on the acrylic, it’s fast and their not really rough with my nails. I appreciate having having Access to this shop and their open on Sundays

First time visiting this salon. Enjoyed it, but the the tech cut two of my nails after saying I didn’t want them cut. I’ve worked hard on growing them out and I should have been paying attention. Still give 4 stars because everything else was great! Pedicure, Gel manicures

Went to go get my nails done a little after 7 get to the place and say they are closed. Your tile says you close at 8:00 not 7:15. I was told sometimes they close early and they took the last customer at 7:00. I’ve been going here for a couple of months and never had any issues with that until tonight. And I’m top of that I’ve been getting s&s on my real nails and it’s been cracking. Not even a full two weeks. Will find some other place

I got the deluxe. Literally- 20 minute pedicure, no extra anything. Rushed in and out. Didn’t trim cuticles, massage lasted approximately 3 minutes. Never again. Too many other better options in Augusta. Pedicure

I come all the time almost every week I’m a very reliable good customer! And ERIC charged my nails for 80. I’ve never gotten my nails this short meaning my nails should not be 80 bucks. I spend 80 on my long nails and they argued me down about it. It was pathetic asffffff. I’m NEVER coming back. They telling me these are medium nails but I CAN BALL MY FIST UP SHORT SHORT. They’re finessing folks out of their money. IM NEVER COMING BACK.
