Only one person attending clients. Since, she had so many clients that she rushed through all of us. I have threaded my eyebrows for years, it has never hurt so bad, and I got 3 cuts from the threading. The lady was nice, but I will not come again. She wasnt thorough in threading my eyebrows. She gave me a good shape, but did not do a good job at removing the stray eyebrow hairs. U had to go hime and clean it up.

Got my brows done they looked amazing but lady who was giving service had been eating and didn’t see her wash her hands before she gave me my service. When she started threading she had really bad garlic breath or something and about a week prior to getting them threaded I had bumps around my brows .

The lady that helped me was rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. When she showed me the mirror to examine my eyebrows there were some spots that she missed and I thought she would pluck those out like at other places. When I didn’t stand up after giving back the mirror she rudely told me I was done. I understand prices are going up everywhere but for them to charge $21 just for a half done job? Didn’t even give me something to wipe my face off after the threading was done to get any loose hairs off. Overall unhappy and recommend people go elsewhere.

This is a great little store in Merle Hay if you’re the type of person to always be on top of your personal appearance. The service is top notch and affordable! I am going out of my way to write a review for this place because I have been searching for a place in to get my brows done for years since I have been in desmoines and I can not be happier with these ladies. They WILL try to do whatever they can given the type of eyebrows you naturally have. They also do really gorgeous henna tattoos and eyelash extensions, and my experience with the eyelashes AND the brows has been amazing. They are all very sweet and kind and have magical hands. Definitely give this a whirl if you’re tired of waxing and you just want your job done, quick, clean, and professionally.

Wonderful place! Regarding the other bad reviews here’s a tip, if you do not have naturally thick eyebrows they can’t magical grow them for you. They work with what you got and make them the best for your face and the best it can be! They do have a really nice oil for your brows and lashes that WILL she’ll them grow by the way! I use it every day. Pakistani lady there is really sweet, really patient and will make you look fabulous! It’s quick, it’s easy, they are ALL super friendly and it’s definitely cheaper than the other place in the mall/other places in Des Moines. I definitely recommend this, for women AND men
