Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueTerrible experience with salon. I went in for a wash and set and specifically told the owner that my hair tangles and to please be gentle. She proceeded to wash my hair extremely rough as if she was shampooing a dog! Finally when it’s time to condition and detangle she PULLS my hair apart and is basically breaking all of my hair off. I asked her to not do that and she told me that “she doesn’t untangle hair” like seriously you are a hair stylist who just shampooed my hair!!! I ended up leaving with the conditioner and a head full of tangles and clumps. I have a ton of hair loss now bc of the way she knotted up my hair. I have been going to Dominican salons for over 20years and this has been the worse hair experience of my life. I’m seriously considering pursuing legal action against this owner. Terrible experience with salon. I went in for a wash and set and specifically told the owner that my hair tangles and to please be gentle. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI come here every Sunday and Dalila is my hair stylist. She is amazing. She knows what she’s doing. She also takes care of my daughters. They don’t cry because she has great hands. I go to the gym and let me tell you she those my hair so good that it stays amazing all week. I come here every Sunday and Dalila is my hair stylist. She is amazing. She knows what she’s doing. She also takes care of my daughters. They don’t cry because she has great hands. I go to the gym and let me tell you she those my hair so good that it stays amazing all week. I definitely recommend this place. Very professional and clean.

I have been coming to this salon for years now. Dalila is my hairdresser and she is amazing. She knows my hair. She always gives me good tips on how to care for my hair. Critical: QualityAlthough I loved my blowout ,I do not recommend this salon to women with afro textured hair. I have severe heat damage from the blow out technique and will have to cut my hair completely to get my texture back. I realized heat protection was not applied properly, the hair dresser literally just rubbed some on top of my head, instead of spraying each section of my hair with it. A section In the back of my hair is completely straight,while the roots throughout my hair is also straight. Also the lady who washes hair does not know how to comb through kinky hair,she handled my hair so roughly I should’ve took that as a warning. I have severe heat damage from the blow out technique and will have to cut my hair completely to get my texture back.
