I’ve been there on several occasions. Although they are always quick to greet and seat you, I think their customer service is lacking. Many of the workers are difficult to understand and some act as tho they would rather be elsewhere. This last time I got a man who never said a word to me, didn’t even once crack a smile, cut my skin in several places, making it bleed, was very rough and didn’t do a very good job. The person I went with had a (male) tech for her pedi, who only spoke when it was necessary. Her nail tech in the other hand never stopped! On top of that, she (the tech) insisted on doing French tips when my friend wanted them painted. So my experience was definitely more negative than positive.

Worst experience! Will never go there again, gel nail polish started lifting went back to fix it and their customer service was awful. I had to go back twice for them to fix it. So over priced for a really terrible job besides the fact that they make you feel like it’s your fault the polish is lifting. Never will go here again!! Acrylic nails

One of the worst place I ever seen . Ask for nail paint on phone sayed yes and dined when I reach their and top of it lady was so rude and head no respect for the coustmer. Please please do not go to this place ever. If there is anything which I can give negative 100 Stars I would like to do that

I do not usually post reviews but this however merits a post. I am from out of town and went to this nail salon as it was close to our hotel. The people didn’t seem very friendly. The man that did my dip did not go up to my cuticles on all the nails so some stop short and you can see my real nail, my nails are different lengths as if he didn’t seem to make them match, and when he was putting the last dip coat on he did not go all the way up to the cuticle so there is a very clear line separation that you can visibly see on each nail. I asked him about it and he said that is how you do it. I’ve never had a nail salon only put the dip half way up. It wouldn’t have been so bad if the color wasn’t a pale pink as you can see the line that goes across the nail. It seemed like he was in a hurry and just wanted to be done. For the cost I would just expect at least the nails to be the same length at least.

Got my nails done here a few times. I do like how they do nails! I give 3 stars because the girl I had seemed frustrated because I couldn’t always understand her and she couldn’t always understand me, so language barrier was hard..also one time she was on her phone talking the whole time. So great nails but customer service is lacking. Manicure
