This hair salon is extremely unprofessional. Take the time to find somewhere else to get your hair done. If there is something you are not happy with, they will give you attitude and they do not cooperate with you. I am not someone who leaves reviews but they deserve this so I can give everyone a warning. Jacksonville has a lot of amazing salons and I would not give this one a chance. I have been to amazing hair salons and this is not one of them.

She was honest and up front about what she thought would work best, what to expect for maintenance and how much to expect for pricing. I went in today to get my hair done and it came out GORGEOUS. This place is absolutely disrespectful and I would not recommend coming here at all!! They will gaslight you and make you feel that you are completely in the wrong when they are in the wrong!! If you come out unhappy with your results don’t expect them to care! So rude and disrespectful a 0 is more fitting for this salon.

I had my first hair cut since the shutdown last March. It was my first visit at The Artist Group. I love it! Charlotte cut my hair and she is awesome. It’s one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. There were 4 of us getting haircuts, my sister in law, and I had Charlotte cut ours, my daughter and our 84 year old aunt had Esther, they love theirs too! Everyone is so friendly and so professional. If you need a haircut or another services this is the place to go! If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

I am fairly new to the area so I spent alot of time reading reviews before choosing a new hair salon. I narrowed it down to two salons and chose to call The Artist Group Salon first and request Marina. I LUCKED out!! I caught an appointment the next day due to a cancellation she had. We texted back and forth and discussed what I have and what I was looking for. Marina was all that her reviews said about her and more! I have my forever hair person now! She did a super job on my hair color, my hair style, and talked to me all the way through to make sure I was comfortable with what she suggested. I loved her personality as much as I loved her talent, and I feel that is equally as important!

Marina is the best. She is very knowledgeable. She explains in detail what to expect and how long it will take to achieve desired goals. She focuses on one client at a time and has you in and out in a timely manner. I just moved to Jacksonville about 6 years ago and this is the first time I stepped out the salon looking like I went to a salon. Beautiful color and knows how to blow dry. With Marina you will NOT be disappointed.
