First I would like to say I’ve been going to them for almost 3 years with no complaints. However today was horrible. The first issue of many that I thought they were still wearing mask as you get your service and that was a no! My therapist was sniffing the whole session which made me feel very uncomfortable. I paid $110 for a 90 minute session and only was there for an 1 hour. From my understanding I was getting a full body massage and he didn’t touch key areas that we talked about before the massage even began. The head rest I kept complaining about and he didn’t seem to care at all that I was uncomfortable and wasn’t enjoying the massage on top of all that he kept looking at his phone and I know he wasn’t checking the time because he was doing that from the very start of the session. I will not be going back. Or If I do I won’t be going to the man therapist!!!
