Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI started going here a few weeks ago (never tanned before ever) and all was good until last week when I developed this infection on my eyelid hours after coming to tan. I voiced my concerns with the manager Meg and she basically told me there was no way it could have been from the goggles. I asked her to show me how they were sanitized and she shown me these buckets (all 5 inches apart from each other.) as we were speaking a woman came out of a tanning room and put the goggles in one of these buckets herself which leads me to believe it’s not as sanitary as I first thought. I asked if the manger thought it was a good idea to keep the clean and dirty goggles so close to each other and she said it’s so it saves them time when cleaning. The wait time is here is unacceptable. I was told it would be a “little bit of a wait” and it turned into an hour. The place isn’t even busy. The two girls in the front kept saying it will be 5-10 minutes and it just kept taking longer and longer. I will definitely rethink returning in the future Tanning

Wonderful experience as always I’m very difficult with buying lotion and I got very patient ladie who put lots of time helping me to choose the lotion and going through the ingredients we went through6 or 7 lotions thanks to her I’m very happy with choosing the lotion.

I love it here! Super friendly staff! I’m used to employees at other tanning salons (not PBT) being rude and stuck up. I feel so comfortable coming here. They’re also are really knowledgeable about the lotions and beds though I never felt like they were trying to sway me purchase things I don’t need.

They will char you. I went in for a base tan before I went on vacation. The roly-poly girl convinced me to do 5 minutes as opposed to the 4 minutes I wanted but then the machine stayed on for 8-9 minutes. As a patron you have very little control of your time other than maybe setting a timer on your phone. I did set a timer on mine. But the machine was so loud I couldn’t hear it. It’s now the next day and I have the worst sunburn I have had in years.

Very clean! I went and had a great experience. I left a ring there by accident and they found it and put it in a safe for me to pick up later. It means a lot because this was my grandmas ring and I had been careless and left it in the room when I was done. Thank goodness it has been found!!!! I highly recommend this place. I’m bringing cookies with me tomorrow as a token of my gratitude!!!!!

***DO NOT GO*** This parking lot has incredibly aggressive “parking security” (Innovative Parking Solutions) that lurk to boot your car instantly (like, within 30 seconds) and charge you $140 to get the boot off. I was gone for less than a minute and returned and asked them to take the boot off. It turns that out legally they were obliged to, but did not.

Luisa is the best!! I’ve been visiting this location for 3+ years and I havent found a tanning salon or location I like better. They aren’t stuck up and they don’t try to sell you on upgrades and products to the point where it’s uncomfortable (I hate that). Luisa is on top of everything and gives honest opinions. Prices are market and they are never swamped. You should make this your tanning salon for sure!
