I had acrylic nails removed and a shellac manicure. I haven’t been to a salon in Tri Cities that has ever paid so much attention to detail on my nails. It was a phenomenal experience! I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon and will definitely go back

I came here for a manicure and it was so bad, I had to leave a review. I got a basic manicure with nail polish and at the end of the service, the nail polish hadn’t dried off yet which was Ok but when it came to pay, I had to take my card out of my wallet and the nail polish came off! The nail gal just stared at me and didn’t even offer a re-do.. she even helped me take my credit card out of my wallet so she definitely saw that the nail polish came off. Never going here again

Horrible. The guy doing my nails was digging his nails in the side of my nail walls trying to get acrylic he had applied on my skin off. He left acrylic all over my fingers and had my fingers burning so bad. I would never recommend.. that’s not safe nor sanitary. The job looked messy and rushed. Very uncomfortable the whole time.. Highly disappointed.

In 2019 I was given a gift certificate for a pedicure. When the job was completed I handed her the certificate. She angrily scribbled on it and shoved it across the counter at me. I asked her did she want the tip amount. She shoved it under the counter and walked off in a huff. Pedicure

Probably among the top three places in silverdale to get Acrylics. Always great service and friendly staff. I don’t get color on my nails so it’s just a short tip and an acrylic overlay. most of the length is my own nail tho.

Went to get my acrylic nails taken off, the guy literally popped them off. Got a “manicure” and this is the paint job I finished with. I asked the man to make sure he covered the whole nail with the top coat and he re did one that left bubbles. First picture middle finger.

Critical: QualityGot my nails done on a Saturday, left home happy because at the moment it looked like a good job. well when it was time for me to do work around my home (Wash Dishes) the gel nail polish started to peel off. Mind you i got my nails done Saturday and Sunday Night they started to peel by Monday morning half of the gel polish was already off on most of my nails. Its so disappointing, I called to make an appt to have them colored again and of course they said yes but it was only when they had time. I shouldn’t have to be on there time because I paid for good quality nails and got the opposite. Got my nails done on a Saturday, left home happy because at the moment it looked like a good job. well when it was time for me to do work around my home (Wash Dishes) the gel nail polish started to peel off. Wife came home crying because they broke all her natural nails and then just cut everything she had been growing off. They didn’t even let her choose the color. My wife is really soft spoken and anxious so she didn’t say anything at the time, but when I called I was told that she asked for then short which I knew was an absolute lie. And when I called her on it She said “that’s your wife’s problem” listen to the poor reviews. This is a jank ghetto place and they will actively screw everything up. I should never have let her go to such a cheap place.

Honestly it was the worst I went got seated me and and my sister and then they got to doing my nails they were very ruff with the way they did my nails…. My sisters nails had bubbles on every nail… the second day my nail came off.. has to be the worst nail place I have ever been too
