Went there today to get a spray tan. First off, I was led to two tanning beds when I specifically told the girl I wanted a spray tan. Then, after getting my spray, absolutely nothing showed up. I’m convinced the solution had no pigmentation and I will never go back again. This was a total waste of my money. I know I am not alone in this situation. After talking to my friends after this horrible experience, they said the same thing happened to them too. I am very disappointed in the service provided.

I had an awesome experience when I went. I wish I could remember the young ladies name that was so helpful to me. She had the best customer service that I have seen in a very very long time. She took time to explain everything to me and gave me the best advice and even gave me the best advice on the tanning lotion that I bought. I could kick myself for not remembering her name and giving her the credit that she greatly deserves. If they can go by my name to find out her name they need to recognize her as a very valuable employee if it helps my name is Pat Wilkins and she is AWESOME!!!!!

They have great customer service! I’ve been using them for almost 10 years now, and I’ll never cancel. I froze for 1.5 years when I was pregnant, but couldn’t wait to get back in. I love the spray tan options which are a healthier tanning option and keep me feeling my best.

Great place if you want to tan while off at college and continue to tan at your location at home, but this is place is a trap! After I have cancelled my membership TWICE and I have continued to be charged for the past three months. When I went in each time to cancel my membership I was given a receipt showing my cancellation and always the first of the month I get another charge! I have gone in to the store three times to verify that it will not charge my account again and each time they confirm I have cancelled, yet when I am charged and go in they cannot pull any history of me cancelling my account from their system! TRULY AMAZING, 0 HELP. Needless to say I now am disputing the charges on my card, and having to get a new card. But anyways, if you like a good trap into getting charged out of your money, no costumer help, and crappy systems to get out of, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!

I’ve been a loyal diamond level customer of PBT for 7+ years. Great beds, great customer service, and always top of the line product options. Although, as a diamond member I receive monthly perks, mostly 30% off product, I would love to see more coupons and opportunities for gift drawings, additives, etc. for diamond members.

Absolutely do not go here!! When you sign up for a month that make you basically pay twice and fail to tell you that you will be paying twice. They don’t explain things thoroughly and you end up screwed because they won’t cancel your card before you pay for it again with the auto draft. It’s a huge scam to get money!
