If you’re uninterested in reading this long paragraph I’m about to type then just read this….NEVER COME HERE (: Now for the ones who are interested here goes the rant…. Not only is the environment extremely awkward, my nails also look awful, and I was very specific on how I wanted the shape. And the man said, sometimes peoples nails just don’t go that shape. Which I was like, okay I understand that, but at the time I had been growing my nails out for weeks, and filing them the exact shape I wanted. So as he’s filing them he goes to show me and tells me, “you see your nails grow crooked”…..but I have full knowledge already of how my nails grow and that was false….*you just didn’t want to take the time to shape them the way I wanted*, which btw is one of the easiest shapes to achieve (round shape). Also, I asked for French tip, I have never seen something so uneven in my life!! It’s just terrible. I would post a picture but it’s so embarrassing that when I got back into my car, I started crying! I immediately went to another nail salon and told them to please fix this lol. They even told me, “yea they look funny”. So I have another nail appointment at 6:30 today, wish me luck, I’ll most likely write a review about them too, weather they fixed it or just made it worse. I went in even though their rating was extremely low. I should have trusted my gut. They are nice, but the quality is shoddy and I was overcharged. I clearly saw the sign with the pricing, and I heard the manicurist say the pricing for dip. I normally get dip, the price has always been around $40. For the pedicure, I wanted a spa pedicure, I understood it would be above the price of the normal pedicure, and was quoted $45. The pedicure was ok, nothing really special, just paid for the box of special scented pedicure stuff. I got a regular dip manicure. When it came time to pay, I was charged $105. Now last time I checked 40+45 is 85. I just looked at him and said, “105?” And he said yes and something else I could not make out. I just gave him the money and noted to myself lesson learned. NOT coming back. Well, here I am, 4 days post manicure and the nails are breaking. I have been getting a dip manicure for 4 years now and NEVER had an issue before with breaking within a few days! I didn’t do anything damaging to my nails, I was not being rough with them, just doing my normal day to day. I am a nurse. My nails usually last. I cannot express how disappointed I am.

Little short man is RUDE !! No customer service. I called to come in with my services as listed and he said I could come now. I ended up having to wait over 30 minutes. Lady doing my feet , no type of sense/ communication NEVER AGAIN.. do yourself a favor and drive a few more blocks towards the interstate and go to that nail shop.! My nails look horrible at that … smh

Walked in and no one was in the salon. Came in for 2 full sets and the service was absolutely terrible. The owner rushed on our nails for no reason. I asked him to take off the nails because he didn’t do them how I wanted and he insisted I pay for the full set and an extra take off fee. The gel was SLOPPY and LUMPY. The owner was VERY RUDE when I expressed my dislike. Our nails were crooked and the whole experience was handled really poorly. I will NEVER go back here again and I would NOT recommend anyone to go here!!! Talk about NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I don’t know how they’re still open honestly.

I only been here twice and each time I come I get unfriendly service! The techs do not even smile! They do your nails and brows like robots and don’t even try to make rapport with customers! One time I went in and a guy did my nails very roughly. He did not even care that I was saying ouch! I told him that I like my eyebrows to stay thick and when he was done and I looked in the mirror I almost cried! My eyebrows were unfortunately thin. I liked shape of the brow but that is not what I asked for! Please do not go here if you want gentle and caring service!

I wanted powder dip but they insisted gel would last longer ….. But actually it was a quicker process. Mine and my daughter’s paint was peeling off in days. It was cheap but I was very unsatisfied. This was supposed to be a special day for us.
