I went into this salon to get a shorter style than my hair already was and the stylist made it very uneven. I told her 3x it was uneven. I don’t know if she didn’t want to fix it or what, but she kept insisting it was even when you could clearly see it wasn’t. Who i assume the manager was there and did nothing. Originally I was going to leave it and have another salon make it even but it was so bad that even the other salon said it could not be fixed. Only made into a short pixie. I tried to call for a refund w. Proof of how short it is now compared to yesterday and she said I should have come back to get it fixed. I don’t understand how many times I was suppose to say I did not like the hair cut. Then the lady on the phone tells me I should have told her and she would have fixed it. Even though she was right there and clearly heard me tell the lady. So not only was I repeating myself multiple times but then the manager blames it on me when clearly two people heard me say I was not happy w. This style. I just wouldn’t go here. Looked like a 3 year old played in my hair and then I got blamed. Weird behavior. Thanks for ruining my hair. I went from having shoulder length to pixie over this mishap.

I’ve been coming to Palacios after I had a bad experience elsewhere and I appreciate this place! It’s a small local owned restaurant with very reasonable prices. Womens haircuts are $20. Though the haircut doesn’t include wash and style, it’s so worth it if you’re looking to save money and not compromise quality. I’m sure they do wash and style, but likely charge a bit more. They are also great at providing care tips for your hair and love that my wait time (with an appointment) has always been under 10 min!

Not happy at all I asked for a full hair style. She didn’t blow dry my hair or even the hair style that I picked from the book. After she was finished with the hair cut. She said, “Now you can style it yourself”. What? I waited two hours for this.+ my son got a haircut. It is to short he doesn’t like it. I told her that he didn’t want his hair to short. Very disappointed not coming here ever again.

I hadn’t been to a beauty salon in years! I followed Palacio beauty salon on instagram and I decided to go in and get my hair done. My experience here has been amazing! I love my hair always get compliments on my hair. I would truly recommend this place. CC and her daughter are very friendly.
