I had high hopes for this place based on reviews and pictures but do not be fooled-it is a joke. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Arrived early for my 6:30 appt. that I booked ahead of time only to wait like a sitting duck. Over 30 minutes later after my appt. time and all the other people that are being worked on around me are not close to being done. A girl walks in while I am waiting and her pedicure starts immediately. After waiting over 30 minutes and no service close in sight I had to walk out to avoid it being a 2 hr. appt. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!!! The lack of communication and customer service is HORRIBLE! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that is more professional and customer service focused.
