Robin is amazing. I have been seeing her for years for injections and have never been disappointed. She has an artistic eye and is a perfectionist. She never rushes. I went here two weeks ago for a Smoothbeam laser treatment for a little mild hormonal acne. The treatment and service was amazing! My acne started clearing up within a week and my breakouts are much smaller and fewer between now. As a bonus, my skin feels smoother. I’m looking forward to going in for a second treatment and expect it to get better with continued treatment. They were very friendly and the price was extremely reasonable. Well worth the drive from out of state!

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the way my laser hair removal turned out. I had pretty much my whole body done – full legs, arms, bikini, and armpits. A lot of hair has been removed and doesn’t grow back but one of my criticisms is that at the consultation, it was hyped up too much and not kept realistic, giving me too high of expectations. The woman said some people don’t even need to come back after a couple of treatments and said she hasn’t shaved in years. After the full series of 7 treatments, I still have a few patches of unwanted hair. Secondly, I was told she’d be able to get any unwanted facial hair during the appointments but then come to find out, my upper lip hair wasn’t suitable (thick enough) and so she didn’t even attempt it. Lastly, some aspects were never communicated to me until after the fact such as the option of a numbing cream that I would have gladly used and also not shaving a week ahead of time towards the end of the series.

I had the 75 min hot stone massage with Brenda- Heaven! I loved how she moved the stones around in the massage so there was warmth all around. I also had the custom facial with Kim- my skin looks fresh and new! I was impressed with the facilities- so many thoughtful touches to pamper one! I DEFINITELY recommend and will return! Massage
