I was a first time walk in. The salon was clean and beautiful. Everyone was very kind and polite to me. I got gel nails done and am very happy with how they came out. Two other ladies were getting their nails done when I was there and each seemed very happy with their experience as well. I plan on returning in the future and next time I’ll remember to bring cash to tip! That’s always much better than a credit-card in my experience! (Sorry about that, I wasn’t even thinking )

When I called to make an appointment, they got me, in within a couple hours and they were very nice. The salon itself to very modern, clean and inviting. Check-in was easy and followed Covid guidelines. My son got his”first time” manicure (no polish) and he enjoyed it. He said the lady was nice and he wants to go back for a pedicure as well.

These people have no idea what they are doing !!!!! My nails looked like my 3 year old grandson did them and once confronted I was told that was the best she could do smh…SMH…. had to go to galaxy nails for them to be done correctly and was not offered any of my money back!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! Do not go there!!!

My daughter and I walked in to get our nails done there was only 2 ladies getting their nails done. When she asked us what we needed done she told us she didn’t have time and never offered us to come back. She just basically shewed us out. I’m a business owner myself and I would of offered some kind of suggestion. Will never return

Do NOT use this salon. We called and made an appointment, arrived early and was told that they could not accommodate us because she wrote down the services wrong. The owner/manager told us to come back tomorrow and that she was sorry. She did not offer any free services or any discounts as it was her fault. This was not a good customer service experience. In addition, she kept talking while serving other people. She needs to learn basic customer service skills .We left and went around the corner to HOT Nails. They took us without an appointment and no wait. Don’t waste your time with this business….Also, I noticed that the owner tries to defend herself when people provide their honest opinion. You should listen to your customers instead of making excuses and blaming them when you make a mistake. Mistakes happen just admit it and move forward instead of trying to go back and forth with customers. You need customers to keep the business open remember that. Please read the Facebook reviews as well. If the owner spent the same amount of time she does responding to reviews on making sure her customers have a good experience, there wouldn’t be so many negative reviews..it is telling.

Don’t even think about coming here! Save your time. Appointment was scheduled and the owner could not perform the service and asked me to come back on a different day. The owner didn’t offer a free service, discount, NOTHING was offered. What kind of customer service is that? Wasted gas and time..thanks for nothing.Thank goodness there was another salon near by. The other salon took GREAT care of me. What has happened to good customer service?

Critical: ProfessionalismMy friend and I used to go here often before COVID – I called yesterday morning to make an appointment for pedicure and gel polish on my hands, when I got there Ann told me it was only for pedicure, I stated that when I called to make the appointment, I asked for both and she could get me in at 5:45 – she said nothing in response. Meanwhile, she hands me the gel colors, not saying a word to me then proceeds to talk about me to her client that she was working on when I got there. As the client walked out she said “good luck with that, don’t let anyone be mean to you” – very unprofessional and rude in my opinion. Once I got sat in the pedicure chair, I was in it for not even 15 minutes and it was done – worst pedicure I have gotten. My nails are streaky and you can tell they needed another coat but evidently I wasn’t worth the time cause they overbooked themselves and had 3 other pedicures waiting with only 2 staff? After my pedicure was done, she tried making me wait so she could do my nails, yet had 3 other pedicures there waiting. I paid and Ann said not one word to me as I was walking out – I shouldn’t have given them any of my business but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
