Thin on some of the sides, underneath has acrylic stuck to it and it’s already lifting on my thumb and it’s only been 2 days. Not worth the 79$ in my opinion only good thing about this set is the colors are beautiful

The nails I got were pretty good and most of the workers were nice, what I have a problem with was the transparency of pricing. I got a gift card that they claimed would cover a mani and pedi for 50 dollars, so I came in to use it. When he started, he confirmed with me that the “TOTAL would be 50 Dollars.” As we go along no one mentions the prices whatsover, all I knew was that I selected the basic pedicure on the menu which was $30, so I assumed the gel pedicure would be 20 and wasnt told otherwise. I went to checkout with no problems, I gave her the 50 dollar card and expected to be on my way, but the worker in the front stopped her and told her in another language that it was apparently going to be 85 dollars … I brought an extra 20 just in case but didn’t have enough and had to call for someone to bring me money. When I got home I checked the prices on their website and they said 20$ for gel and 30 for a pedicure .. which is 50. Not sure where the extra 35 came from because I really didn’t get anything special, I could have done these nails from home. I would’ve ignored everything else if it had been the price they claimed it would be from the start (like the spider)

Positive: QualityI love Cuts 2000s because I know when I go here I can reliably get a good manicure that will last. They don’t drill down your nail with a sanding band instead they just use a block and that makes it last much longer without lifting or what not.Service: Gel manicures

I will say the place is clean with nice updated chairs/equipment. Paid for an upgraded pedi. with hot stones and a french pedi. finish. From start to finish…25 minutes. Felt very rushed for the price.

First time I’ve used a nail salon in town…couldn’t beat the convenience while waiting for prescription at CVS. Only complaint was the girl didn’t have strong hands/massage was meh, & barely pushed my cuticles back at all. But they look nice

Critical: CleanlinessReally poor ventilation, I almost didn’t make it the 10 minutes they told me to wait, came back to get a nail repaired from less than a week prior, so my manicure didn’t last a week.I was waiting right by the door and the chemicals in the air were sooo heavy.I’ve been gone for about an hour and I’m still very dizzy, nauseated and sick.I’m only posting this to try and help both the salon and the customers debating on going here.Its super dangerous to not have proper ventilation, sanitation of tools and work areas.
