I love this nail spa. Jackie was amazing. I went in wanting to do green Christmas nails but they didn’t have the right green color so she convinced me to do gold chrome and I’m so glad I listened. She did an amazing job and even did a textured snowflake with a stone in the middle — free hand. Can’t wait to go back this week and get New Year’s nails!

I got my nails dipped here a while ago. The front desk lady was really nice and talkative, but I was so disappointed in the nail tech. I was too nervous to say anything at first, but as I got into my car, I realized how awful they were. They were very warped and bumpy. They were super chunky, messy, and some nails were even bigger than my actual finger. I’m in shock that they would let me leave the nail salon like this, after paying $53 (after tip). I went in the next day to have them fixed and I was told the same nail tech would have to fix them, but I felt uncomfortable with that due to what happened the first time around. I ended up going to another salon to pay to get them redone. I give two stars instead of one because the front desk receptionist was really nice.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery upset with the quality. They were constantly rushing. I had to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and once she started doing them she left every 5 minutes to take care of someone else. I had to wait 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and once she started doing them she left every 5 minutes to take care of someone else. This is a lovely and relaxing salon. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant even on a busy Sunday afternoon. They have nice candles burning and soothing music playing – no flashing t.v.s is so nice! They have a ton of color choices and many variations on a basic pedicure so you can customize it to your needs. They even have a massage therapist who will give you a shoulder massage while you are having your nails done – so happy to have found this place!

My hair stylist recommended this spa and she was so right. I am very self conscious and have severe varicose veins but they were not judgmental. It was busy on a Saturday but they got me right in. They have pedicure rooms so you aren’t in view of everyone – max 3 to a room. Angie worked on me. She was skilled and professional. I will be going back. Thank you so much.

Filthy, bad service and attitude. I really don’t appreciate being spoken about in another language, i don’t do that at my business and i speak 3. The woman knew i was trying to get out by 5 and after taking an hour to do a BASIC normal no strings attached pedicure she tried to start work on my hands at 4:57 …. then took a phone call. I got up went to the bathroom and when i got back she was still on the phone. I then decided I’d do a better job at home so I️ decided to go home and not do my nails here. So when i went to pay, she started to argue with me to sit down and let her do my nails. NEVER going back. I brought my mother here from out of town and I’m humiliated. Biggest waste of $65 in my life. They get their nail polish from the rite aid … same rite aid i get mine at. I literally went home and did a better job myself.

Filthy place with old ratty towels! I got a spa manicure, and the tech slapped a dirty towel on my hands with what looked like crumbs on it. I would never go back. Plus they use timers for the hand massage. Who does that? There are way too many other nail salons within 2 miles. The saving grace was the polish actually dried quickly so I could get out of there!

Bad service and a horrible waste of money! I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday. There is still polish all over my fingers and toes, even though I asked for the woman to clean up around my nails. She said “I already did.” She also failed to cover my entire nail, it looks like I polished my own nails with my left hand.

My tech was lovely, don’t get me wrong, but did an awful job on my SNS manicure. Pushed my cuticles(that she did a shoddy job trimming BTW)down with her dirty nails, which left my nail beds red and aching and with a few hangnails.. not to mention, when I asked, “do I get an arm massage?” She said “no arm massage.” Lol. Fine. You’d think for $40 it would’ve been included. Beware this place. Don’t waste your money.
