Shop dose good hair but their customers services need much improvement my appointment was for 4 p.m.and i got their at 3:35 p.m. it was client already their and one waiting and so decided to wait when 4:00 came my daughter didnt get in the chair the other customer did i said wow ok waited till 5:30 and had the nerve to want to charge me full price after i waited 2hrs really when she 80 for 10 cornrows to the back no courtesy what so i will never do business here again so upset when had true emergency. Smh

very unsanitary…didn’t even have any toilet paper. they also eat and then touch your hair at the same time….definitley will not be going back to this terrible salon.
