The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Greenville, SC, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

My daughter got her first eyelash extension from this place. They did a great job. My daughter decided to get the membership plan and due to being in college she only has certain days to get a fill in. My daughter scheduled a fill in for today and had an appointment at 10. When she arrived, the lady looked her up and said she did not have an appointment, but they had her membership down, which was the same time she made the appointment. While she was there, a regular came in and took my daughters appointment. My daughter and I are highly upset. I feel these people aren’t professional, they only have one person in the store and you can never get a hold of the manager. I do feel that they put this regular person in my daughter’s place. I feel that my daughter needs to be compensated by refunding her money from the first time she came, due to the issues she had today and having to walk around with no lashes on her right eye. This issue needs to be taken care of. I feel that someone needs to call my daughter and rectify the situation. I am not satisfied and she will not return. She needs her money back due to not coming back to your establishment.

I was visiting the area and wanted to get an eye lash lift and tint. I had a small window of availability so I called as soon as they opened and there was one available. Erin was so sweet, professional, and personable. My eye lashes turned out great and was grateful for the service. I thought the price point was very fair. I would definitely recommend this place for future services.

I find it super difficult getting in touch with management. There’s was an issue a few weeks ago with my appt. I scheduled a full set online and apparently my appt was not registered. I went downtown to find the door locked with no receptionist. I called the Woodruff location and was informed a manager would call me back within 24 hrs. Megan returned my call the following day. She left a detailed VM apologizing and asked for me to call her back. I have returned her call twice this past week and still have not received another call. I wish there’s was a better system getting in touch with management especially if there’s a complaint.
