Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThe man that did my pedicure dug into the side of my big toe pulling out part of my nail. (extremely painful) I did not have pain in this toe before he took it upon himself to do this. My toe hurt all night and developed an infection so bad that I could barely stand the pain to walk at work. I’m on antibiotics and the infection is now trying to spread. I tried to talk to the salon about this and was yelled at. I have a second doctors appointment this afternoon. The man that did my pedicure dug into the side of my big toe pulling out part of my nail. (extremely painful) I did not have pain in this toe before he took it upon himself to do this. My toe hurt all night and developed an infection so bad that I could barely stand the pain to walk at work. I’m on antibiotics and the infection is now trying to spread. The service i received was amazing. I didnt get their names but the older and younger ladies were amazing. The older lady was very accommodating making sure i was comfortable, bringing me wine, did such a good job on my toes. The younger lady did my nails while i was still getting my toes done. She was very sweet and did such a great job. She even massaged my hands with lotion after doing my nails. Ive NEVER had that done before. This was my first time here and they were so welcoming. Ill definitely be back.

Please find somewhere else to go they lacking customer service they’re very rude to their customers when their employees are in the wrong. I went in to get a simple pedicure they ran a fan which ended up messing up my nail polish .When I brought this to their attention they tried to throw a clear coat on top of the messed up Polish. I didn’t notice until I was getting ready to pay so I brought it to their attention again and I was cursed out told to Pay before it could be corrected but it was corrected before I paid. She still didn’t do a good job I literally had to tell them to take off the Polish and repolish the nails. Too many customers and not enough workers. Sat in pedicure water for over 45 minutes before my service got started. Water was cold and had to start over. Lady doing pedicure got up to help others at least 5 times. Not very organized…. Pedicure

I use to get dip but it didn’t last as long as when I got it somewhere else. Then I went to gel nails, my nails would break off. I tried to get regular polish but then they will always try to pressure me to get something more expensive. They are rude. Very insulting in their tactics to try for you to get something waxed. You didn’t pay what you are quoted. They charge for every little thing and down talk all the other nail shops. I will not be going back. The eyebrow arches are okay if the man does it but he seems vindictive so I won’t be getting that done there anymore either. They are piss poor and 1star is a compliment because they deserve ZERO!

I have had manicures for the last 20+ years. This is the absolutely WORST I have ever had. There is a gap between my nail and the tip. The underside looks like I did them myself. The tips will most likely hold water and cause a fungus.
