Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismSo on my 2nd visit here I opted for a 30 minute massage due to the 60 minute massage I paid for on my 1st visit lasting a total of only 45 min. which included a call being answered and an interruption from a from a visitor leaving me with roughly 40 minutes of actually being worked on.Although I was not completely satisfied with the length of time I received my first time their the time she did spend on me was good so I did return. Upon my arrival I was told the 1/2 massage would be $40 which I paid even though on my first visit I was told 1 hour was $60 and 1/2 hour was $30. Once I was on the table and the massage began I was told that I would HAVE to pay a $20 tip at the end. I explained that last time I paid $70 for 45 minutes and that I would give her a tip at the end based on the average 20% and also based on the quality of massage I received. I was told either $20 or I could get dressed and have my $40 returned to me. I was to say the least completely shocked by this demand and unprofessionalism I had just received and opted for my money back.
