I had a set removed and asked for tips with dip which took almost three hours. He did four coats of the dip powder which made my nails incredibly to thick. I have dip powder all the way up on my skin above my cuticles and I have multiple cuts around my cuticles from his drill. The absolute worst set of nails I ever received was $52!!! Do not recommend!

This place is awesome. Everyone working took their time to help me and my husband find just the right colors to match. They take pride in their work. The place was clean and they all had on their masks. Just good customer service and a friendly atmosphere. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them with no exceptions. Just listened to the nail tech say the most racist things about white people in front of two white people (myself included). Then said the cops assumed her guilt in a 5am accident bc she is dark skinned and the other driver was white. I said, “hey that’s pretty assumptive and racist.” She continued even though the patron next to me said she thought what she was saying was not right against cops or white people. Nail tech continued to spew venom against whites and cops. I promptly got up and said “this is how hate is spread against other races and against cops. I’m married to a cop and shame on you.” Racism goes both ways. I will speak with the owner before and if I ever return. Being racist and cop hating is WRONG! Period. Do better!

Horrible nail salon. Employees were extremely disrespectful, did not care about customers. Nails looked bad, they knew it, but tried to charge extra to fix. Overcharged my card without my authorization. Worst nail salon I have ever been too. This business needs to be shut down. Acrylic nails

Really not happy with the last few times I’ve been here, and I really only go anymore when in a pinch. I usually go to Unique Nails in King of Prussia cause it’s close to work and they do a fantastic job. I’ve gone to Nail Perfection when I’ve had to, cause it’s close to home. I usually do dip polish on my nails. I just went and had mine done last Friday, and dip polish easily lasts 2 to 3 weeks for me. While I appreciate that they got me in before closing, I left with dip reside all over my hands. The next day, I could see that none of the dip around my cuticles and nail bed had actually adhered to my nail. The edges were elevated enough to get stuck in my hair, and now they are cracking. I expect much better quality for the price. I could probably do a better job myself at home. Not going back, even if in a pinch.

For the 4 times I’ve been there, I will NEVER go there again. Very unhappy with the service I got. The prices, are VERY high, & the customer service is horrible. The lady had asked me if I wanted my nails cut shorter, I said no. She proceeded to cut them anyway. When I asked her to go over my nail with another coat, she replied, no. The nail polish I had picked out was completely empty & instead of having me pick another color, she literally had to scrape the color out of the bottle. Which was NOT enough for even 2 nails. If I’m spending my money, & my time, I expect nothing but top notch performance. All I wanted is for my nails to look good. At the end of the day, I spent $75 for a manicure & pedicure that I did not like at all.
