They follow you around the store as if you are going to steal! They are very RUDE and the grumpy Dad is Very Angry and Rude! I picked up some Remy hair and he came over and took it and said this is 12 inches and it is Very Expensive as though I might steal it. I feel uncomfortable shopping in that store. I will NOT be back!

Hands down THE nicest staff ever! ALWAYS greeted when I walk in, ALWAYS thanked when leaving, ALWAYS willing to help find products. I’ve purchased large items that I couldn’t take to my car in one trip, without even asking they’re bringing it to my car for me. I’ve never not been able to find whatever I stop in to pick up. And I never come out with only the things I’m shopping for.lol

This place isn’t even worthy of 1 star. I went in here for the first time with my mother and will NEVER return. They followed us so closely as if we were going to steal, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked the salesman a question and he looked at me and walked away as if he had someone else to tend to, but we were the only customers in the store. He came back to the counter and says “what do you want”, to which I replied nothing and walked out of the door. I have never received such poor customer service in my life! If you want to be treated with respect don’t step foot inside of this place.

The store owner couple always greet you, they have a nice selection, the prices are fair and they play gospel music:) But like most beauty supply stores, they have a no refund exchange only policy. Today I had to exchange an item and wanted to purchase 3 packs of hair for a quick weave, but they didn’t sell any of the 5 brands I was looking for. So I settled for something and noticed I bought the wrong length on 1 of the packs and exchanged it for a longer length. While sitting in the car, before leaving I googled the hair I purchased and saw that it was on sale for $10 cheaper and there hasn’t been a Youtube review of that hair since 2012. The hair didn’t look to be of quality and that video got 15 likes and 14 dislikes. So I decided I’d better exchange it for something better. When the husband saw me coming from a distance he grumbled and said ma’am this last time, no more exchange, you exchange 4 times already; which isn’t true. I said no problem and thinking to myself, you have a limited selection anyway. While looking at another brand of hair, the wife came over and explained it was a better brand, but more expensive…yeah, $15 more, but it was buy 1 get 1 half off. I found the wife to be friendly and helpful with a good attitude, unlike her husband. But his attitude changed when he found out I was buying “more expensive” hair. He said you have a $20 store credit, go find something. Afterwards, he was back to his friendly self and said Thank Yooouuu, Happy Easter. He’s an old guy with a quick temper, but I’m glad it worked out in the end.

They are money hungry and forces you to buy a product that they placed in the wrong spot but does not exchange it for the correct one!!! We need to support our own business and stay out of these folk stores because if it wasn’t for us they wouldn’t have stores!! They are rude and you can’t understand nothing they are saying!!!!
