There is not enough good things I can say about this place. Mai and Chris take care of their customers from the moment you walk in the door! They ask questions and listen to exactly what you want. My dip powder manicure on natural nails was perfect. Right down to the cuticle with polish so it doesn’t look like there is grow out, and gorgeous selection of colors. My pedicure was fun and relaxing and you get to choose your scent! Mai is very gentle and leaves you feeling refreshed and satisfied! If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you Le Petit!

This salon is one of the best I have ever been to as far as quality of services. Mai and her son Chris want to please and do great work, and the place is immaculate. However, here is the problem and it’s a big one. They have no concept of scheduling and adhering to appointments made months in advance. This is a huge inconvenience and disappointment for their clients. Yesterday Mai handed me off to another nail technician I had never seen in my life with no apology other than they were “way behind”. I was devastated and offended as I made this appointment in September. Another time a whole bridal party came in while I waited for my turn which was an hour late. I do like this salon and keep going back but be aware that this will happen!

They gave me a foot soak and put some lotion on my legs. They left me to sit like that for an hour. Finally they told me to “go home”. I was confused. I explained I wanted a pedicure. They told me “it takes too long”. And then they demand $25 for the massage. The thing is, there was no massage. Someone put lotion on me and left me to sit for an hour. That’s not a service worth $25.I’ve told a few people in my community about this. Horrible. They ripped me off. I went for a pedicure appointment. I booked it online. They soaked my feet and put lotion on my legs. Told me I was done. They didn’t even do my nails at all. I asked them to do the nails and they said sorry, no time, we can do it next time. I got up to leave and Then they demanded $25! I paid it because I didn’t know what to do. I saw a few other reviews like this. This is a scam they run on certain people. Idk why I was chosen. Seems like some people get their nails done and others are just told to soak, and then charged $25. I don’t understand this. Be careful here.
