I have been going to nail of capri for years, and love it there! The owner is so kind and is always friendly with me. The nail techs truly know what they are doing, and I just LOVE getting SNS manicures with Tiffany! She is great with designs and knows how to advise me based on my preferences. If you don’t know what nail salon in Suwanee to go to, I would definitely recommend trying this one!

So I moved to John’s Creek in 2019 and didn’t know who to trust my nail care with. Self care is important to me so the selection of my manicurist was important.I’ve had the best experiences with the staff at Nails of Capri. Helen (the owner) and Everyone is always very professional and friendly. Customer satisfaction seems to be the cornerstone of their business along with cleanliness. Tiffany is my preferred nail tech professional. she is really sweet, attentive and strives to make each visit an experience. Even at times when things are busy, she is able to service me timely and if my wait may take longer than expected we work through it.What impresses me the most about all of the staff, is watching them deal with difficult and sometimes rude patrons. They handled these situations with class which I commend because dealing with the public can be thankless at times.I love, love this nail salon, my husband and sons love their pedicure treatments and although I’ve moved out of the area, I come back twice per month to get my mani/pedi and eye brow wax! When my family and friends come in town, I take them too! Tiffany is the best!!Oh and Helen does an excellent job with facials.The staff seems to get along well, I will continue to come back. My recent experience compelled me to write this review which I rarely do! So I moved to John’s Creek in 2019 and didn’t know who to trust my nail care with. Self care is important to me so the selection of my manicurist was important.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueHorrible experience. Wasted more than 2.5 hours for the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The color was completely not painted well and nobody wanted to do my nails since I had sns and they needed to remove them first. I tried explaining it to the nail tech and she told me the polish was not painting well because my nails were just like that. They also have no COVID-19 protocols in place. One nail tech can be doing the nails of one customer and then will start to do the nails of another before going back to the first customer. Definitely not a sanitary place, I would suggest spending your time and money elsewhere. I will not be going back.Service: ManicureHorrible experience. Horrible experience. Wasted more than 2.5 hours for the worst manicure I’ve ever received. The color was completely not painted well and nobody wanted to do my nails since I had sns and they needed to remove them first. She was told to pick a color and have a seat in the chair and put her feet in the water. I totally understand having an appt and wanting immediate service but she was told the lady that she wanted was finishing the person before her and that they were short staffed bc people were out sick.I was greeted when I came in, was told it would be a few minutes and the ladies were all pleasant. They did a great job and and I will be back. We are in a pandemic and people are short staffed let’s show some grace. On that same note when you are making appointments maybe try not to schedule yourself so tightly that you are stressing yourself out. We get our nails done every two weeks on the dot and decided to try this joint out today. Hell, I should have tried them out sooner being that I’ve lived in the area all my life. They are On point with the style you ask for, has a very friendly family environment, and you can tell they have a lot of experience with how quick and precise the nails come out. There products are very old and they Never want to redo what they messed up. Just like the white customers spend money on nails and feet and massages, I too should receive the same! They laugh amongst the white customers and look at us and talk about us in their native language.
