I was a regular here until I had my baby, now my schedule doesn’t really allow me to go as usual. I only make appointments with Flower, so I can’t speak on anyone else there. She does a fast but great job. She can have me in and out before my lunch break is over and yet, I have no problems with my nails. I’m very picky about the shape of my nails, and she makes them almost perfect! I always brag about how I got my nails done a week before my baby was due, and they stated on for 4 weeks after! And the only reason they came off it because I had to take them off. Knowing that it would be a while before I could make another appointment.

Some employees are rude and talk about customers in your face. Certain nail techs definitely treat certain people different and I tip well and am always very courteous. I do not know why be disrespectful to customers who patronize your business regularly. Phillip is great and the other guy is good, but I do not enjoy the vibe overall.

I been going to this place off and on for a while. But after yesterday, 4/18 – I will no longer go back. I was getting my nails done and the gentlemen (Danny) was removing the gel that got on my skin around my nails and was using a nail file. He looked at my nails and said your good to go and I paid and left a tip. When I got in my car I was looking over my nails and the gel was already peeling up near the nails he clearly looked/and used the nail file on; so I went back inside and ask them to be fixed. He did fix them. But, I shouldn’t have had to ask them to be fixed – he clearly saw that they were messed up… but vs. just fixing them in the first place he allowed me to leave. I don’t think thats good business practice. Will not return. I would take the reviews left for “Nail Expert” seriously.
