Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in to get a trim with super long hair past my chest… I asked for a half an inch off.. came out with 5 inches off AND it was uneven. Don’t remember the lady the cut it but what was worse was while i was checking out, another lady tried to come & fix it while i was standing up. Once I got home i straightened my hair to make sure I wasn’t just thinking things but no, it was HORRIBLE. I watched the lady leave while I was leaving and it was pretty clear she was just in a rush to get home. I later called and talked to a manager, they all agreed it was HORRIBLE. Luckily, they had no problem giving me a refund but I was very upset. Super unprofessional. I am very upset with how a simple trim came out, worst haircut of my life. Went in to get a trim with super long hair past my chest… I asked for a half an inch off.. came out with 5 inches off AND it was uneven. Don’t remember the lady the cut it but what was worse was while i was checking out, another lady tried to come & fix it while i was standing up. Once I got home i straightened my hair to make sure I wasn’t just thinking things but no, it was HORRIBLE. Critical: QualityThe first stylist who was supposed to service my daughters hair cut, could not understand what we were wanting. I know it was a drastic hair cut, I was worried and didn’t want it to be a bad experience for her. I did not feel confident that she could complete what we wanted thankfully another stylist stepped in and said she would complete the hair cut but would not have time to do my sons hair and asked if the original lady could instead. My sons hair cut was done so poorly, the clippers must of been old because there were so many long strands mixed into the shaved hair using a 2 guard, I came home and cut so much off using my clippers and a 2 guard. If you brush my sons bangs forward they were extremely crooked. Charged 2 additional dollars for a cut in part that you cannot even see due to the poor haircut. Now my daughters hair I am thankful the stylist does know what she is doing but she was rushing to return to her other clients and chopped the side that should of been left long too short and super uneven. My daughter still loves the cut so I’m not too upset but I will never return to this facility. $16 for a child’s hair cut is higher than most places for work that is rushed and unsatisfactory. The first stylist who was supposed to service my daughters hair cut, could not understand what we were wanting. I know it was a drastic hair cut, I was worried and didn’t want it to be a bad experience for her. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTheresa is amazing! I went in asking for bangs and bayalage and she did a fantastic job!
