Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe worse nail service I’ve received so far in Virginia. I’m from Miami and I’m stationed in VA because I’m military. My pedicure was done correctly. But my nails were done poorly and rushed. I’ve never experienced someone putting the acrylic all over my skin. The lady who did my nails is the lady that works the register and is usually the one who asks you what service you need when you walk in. She did not take her time with my nails she did them really big, didn’t shape them and she caught an attitude when I ask her to clean up the acrylic off of my skin. She rushed to try to clean the acrylic off my skin (the crusty white stuff you see in the photo, It was wayyyy worse then that before I attempted to peel it off myself) and tried to camouflage it but putting oil and alcohol on top of it. When the oil and alcohol dried there was still lots of acrylic left on my skin. The worse nail service I’ve received so far in Virginia. I’m from Miami and I’m stationed in VA because I’m military. My pedicure was done correctly. But my nails were done poorly and rushed. I’ve never experienced someone putting the acrylic all over my skin. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI decided to treat myself to my first pedicure in three years and stumbled upon this nail salon after my trip to petsmart and I must say after they were finished with me I felt like I had brand new feet. It was like I was walking on clouds. Years of tension and stress were scraped away and I felt lighter. I got the spa treatment which was amazing. They used those smooth rocks and wrapped my feet in wax! I loved the hot towels as well. They offered drinks and snacks also while being serviced which was very nice. I got my nails done as well and Jenny knew what she was doing. I haven’t had french tips in years and mine are so cute now because of her. I decided to treat myself to my first pedicure in three years and stumbled upon this nail salon after my trip to petsmart and I must say after they were finished with me I felt like I had brand new feet. It was like I was walking on clouds. Years of tension and stress were scraped away and I felt lighter. I got the spa treatment which was amazing.
