Our story actually began in 2004 in another one of Orlando’s thriving Main Street Districts Ivanhoe Village where Mosaic Hair Studio was born. As that salon grew and employees were added we had always said If you wasn’t your own salon , we get it, let’s open one up together. And that’s exactly how Milk District got started. We are proud to partner up with Lindsey and are thrilled to be a part of the vibrant Milk District Neighborhood.

I let her know that I was looking to go darker for fall and she picked out the PERFECT deep auburn while ensuring that I was comfortable with the color transition and the haircut length every step of the way. My hair stylist did a wonderful job highlighting my hair, cutting it and styling it. However, it is a little disappointing when you are expecting the price you pay to be what is online and then when brought to the register it is $80 more than what was expected. There should be price transparency and stylists should let you know beforehand if something is going to cost extra.

I had my appointment with Ingrid Heffernan for my blonde highlights and also got a haircut a few weeks back and I am absolutely in love with my hair and Ingrid is always such a pleasure. Ingrid is so gentle and thorough with her work, I feel so relaxed during my appointments. Mosaic has wonderfully reasonable prices and a very welcoming and comfortable studio. I will definitely be coming back to Mosaic and Ingrid as my regular salon/stylist.

Everyone at the salon is very nice but the both times I’ve been there (different stylists each time) I’ve left with an uneven and botched haircut. The second time was cut way too short, and so bad that I had to go to another salon to get it fixed the next day. Color experience was also a mess and the complete opposite of what I asked and also had to get it fixed by another stylist at another salon. Feel like I was not listened to and that I absolutely wasted my money.
