Each cosmetologist has their own room to dry and style hair which allows privacy. To me that’s great, especially if you are experiencing alopecia or balding or just don’t want to sit out in the open as you transform from a bad hair day to fabulous. My stylist’s name is Pat, of course I think she’s the best, But, other customers seem to be satisfied as well and their hair looks great too!

Someone used my debit card information at this salon. I’ve been calling them all day to find out who paid for services with them that have my debit card information. I suffer to them when a customer uses a debit card they should make it their business to ask them for ID. They charged $81.25 on August 9, 2022 to my debit card. I’ve been trying to call this establishment for 2 days now.

Salon Fusion is my go-to salon when in the Warner Robins area. Alex did an ah-mazing job on my hair!! She was patient and LISTENED to my concerns, as I was a first time client. She handled herself with professionalism and was reassuring. Ask for Alex when visiting! The rest of the staff was welcoming and helpful. I have taken my daughter on 2 separate occasions. One to get a perm that didn’t really take even though we took care of it. And recently for color for her birthday. For one the quote was so much more than anyone else but she still wanted to go because they could fit her in and the color was nothing like what she had wanted. I have learned my lesson and will wait on my stylist to be available and not rush it.

My wife scheduled an appointment for 330 today. The person at the front asked who she was here to see. She said she couldn’t remember. The woman just said, “well there are a lot of us here today”. That woman then proceeds to leave, so now there’s no front desk person at all. My wife just sat there for 20inutes past her appointment with nobody coming out to see her and closing time coming up in 10 minutes. I don’t understand how you run a business and don’t have somebody at the front desk the entire time you’re open and treat first time customers like this. How are you still in business?

Staff is super friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Beautiful interior and relaxing ambiance. Not to mention, it was hands down the best massage (Nanette) I have ever had in the middle Ga area! Love love loved this place and will definitely be back!
